Disneyland Christmat Parade TV taping?

Does anybody know when they will be taping the Christmas day parade at Disneyland this year?

I read on another thread this morning about someone who is going the weekend of Nov 9-11 to watch a family friend who will be in the taping of the parade - so I guess it's that weekend.

Im not sure but that weekend seem early!!!

Seeing as the parade doesn't even debut for the season until Nov 16, this date must be wrong.

I was there last year when they taped during the Veteran's Day weekend. I've seen them put up decorations to film, and then take them down until they are supposed to be up.

This year the Christmas parade and fireworks start the weekend AFTER Veteren's Day. In past years they began Veteren's Day weekend. Things can change quickly with Disney, but looking at the calendar, it seems the parade switch over is going on Nov 12-15. There is no parade or fireworks on these dates, but an early showing of Fantasmic instead. The Parade of Dreams and Remember fireworks run through Nov 11.
