Disneyland Character Dining Invites

I've scoured many threads and haven't found too many designs for Character Dining at DLR.

I am looking for:

1) Ariel's Grotto
addressed to "The Gomes Family", date of dining "September 15"

2) Goofy's Kitchen
addressed to "The Gomes Family", date of dining "September 12"

3) Also if anyone has a "Hope you have a magical day" with Tinkerbell, Mickey, and/or other characters to leave for the kids in the morning.
