Does anyone know the brand of chocolate used on the candy apples sold at Disneyland?

Gosh I'm not sure. They make them on-site (you can watch).

Is it an allergy issue? Because they can give you a list of all the ingredients if you ask there or at city hall.

Someone purchased one for me during a visit. We shared the apple at home, but could not figure out the brand of chocolate used. It tastes like See's chocolates.
