Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help.
I've booked direct with Disneyland CA for a 7 night stay at a good neighbor hotel (Fairfield Inn) and park tickets.

I've had the email confirmation and paid my $200 deposit. My question is when I go to the reservation page and enter my booking number and phone number it doesn't recognise it, am I doing something wrong?
Has anyone had any experience of booking direct with Disneyland California?

I had a similar problem booking direct from NZ. I ended up emailing Disney as I was getting close to final payment and couldn’t access. The trick was using only the 10 digits for my phone number, my number with international codes was 11 digits. The last digit had been dropped completely.

If you still don’t have luck the email for support did work well.
