I am planning on buying 3 Premium APs tomorrow, but I'm not sure if the year starts from the day I buy them, or from the first day we use them. Also, does anyone know if we can get discounts from Good Neighbor hotels with them?

They start from the day you use them.

HoJo offers a 20% discount off rack rate for AP holders.

Ick. We just bought our Premium APs. I wish we would have known AAA had a $20 discount. DBF’s parent’s have AAA. That saved $40 could have bought dinner!!!

I was a bit miffed when I found out too but then I realized I would still be paying more because I had originally bought the So. Cal pass. It's sufficient for me at the moment. When I renew next year I'm going to upgrade to Deluxe or Premium (I'll be at Cal State Fullerton).

We don't have AAA but my dad does, so he's going to be buying our passes for us. Well....I'm paying for them hahah. That's another question I had, do they ask for your AAA card or anything when you take the printouts to the main gate? I would have to shell out 1k right now to find out they need a AAA card when we get down there.

it's through westways. I don't think DL would ask for a AAA card

if we upgrade to AP's {in Aug 2008} but don't use them until say Dec 08/Jan 09, will they be good until the following Dec 09/Jan 10?

If you're upgrading from a parkhopper ticket, the AP date starts from the first day you use your PH..

You go, girl! We're about 30 minutes from you, but we normally go to DLR on Saturdays, so a Premium works for us.. We need to go for about 3 more days and it will be payed off.. Yeah!
