Disneyland 50th Anniversary - Kinkade Painting

Can anyone tell me if the Kinkade Disneyland 50th Anniversary piece is still available in the parks or for order?

I had heard that the SN edition was already sold out and that it is only available from Signature Galleries. I saw one listed on Ebay for $1795 (small size).
