Yesterday's points-OP
Yesterday's exercise-more walking than usual, but nothing formal
Well, I was off program yesterday in celebration of reaching my first goal. I've reached the normal BMI range! I'm down six pounds since joining WISH so I claimed my first clippie as well.
I am inspired to stay healthy.
I've got five pounds to go to get to the weight my doc and I discussed, and ten to get to where I want to be for maintenance. I've finally moved past my plateau, and am moving downward. I'm getting a lot of compliments, which is great because it shows that it's not the few pounds that only I know about, but something more significant and noteworthy. My sizes are down, and I'm stronger and more flexible. If I can keep this up, who knows how good I'll feel?
