I have been having major c/s issues with these guys! I posted above about the personalized sweatshirt and not getting my 10% off. Well, I just received an email saying that my order had shipped, when I didn't order anything!
So I just called them and this is what happened...the last time I called I was thinking about trying to order one of the personalized shirts and returning their defective sweatshirt. I had gone through the whole process like I was going to order it when I realized that I had used a gift card for part of my purchase and wanted to wait to place the order so I could make sure I got that credit. I never even got to the part about giving her my credit card info for the shirt. At the end of the call, she asked me again about me wanting to place the order for the shirt--I again told her I did not want to order it because I wanted my gift card credit back first, and I wasn't even sure if I was going to order it at this point (because of the lack of c/s I was getting).
So I am sure you can guess what happened....the order went through anyway....GEEZ!!! So, the guy I just talked to was definitly the most helpful--he told me to write "return to sender" and once they got it back, then they would give me my credit...I told him I wanted the credit now. (nicely of course

) He ended up crediting back my credit card now (supposedly!) and in addition, crediting me back my original S & H charge. So that's the good news.
The funny part of this whole thing is that the lady told me that the personalized shirts were on back order until October----guess not. They told me the exact same thing a few months back when I needed to send back my dad's (not working) watch that he had had for only 6 months. (Even though they were shown on the website as available.)
And that, will most definitly be my last order with Disney Direct.
