DisneyDirect orders...hasn't shipped yet?

Called back because I wanted to be certain my order was going to processed after the weird earlier conversation. Spoke with a nice CM named Bill who brought up my order right away (the automated system it could not be accessed) and he said it would ship tomorrow (7/7), the order was placed on 6/28. He said I might have it by Monday or so.

Mine too ordered 6/30 and had heard nothing so I checked the site this morning and it say at distribution center. I will just be glad to get it.

I ordered on 6-28 and got the notice that it shipped out today.

I've only had 1 problem when ordering from them. Last November I ordered a pin (intended Chrismat gift) that took me over 2 months and many, many emails to receive it. The final excuse they gave was that it was "lost" in the California distribution center. Better late than never I guess. Good luck!

Please let me get one of those emails tomorrow! OMGosh I can't deal with the fact that it might not be in on time. I ordered standard shipping...

I called back today as I just want to see my dang stuff has gone out. Nope "Still at distribution center". I said if still 8 days from now forget it! She said she had no idea why I was told 8 days that I should still receive order w/in 11 days of when I placed order. That would be Sunday and now is Thursday and it still has not gone out yet. Needless to say - I have my doubts.
I am encouraged that at least we should get by our family reunion next weekend. Now, let's see if they are right.

I also ordered 6/28 and just got my email today saying my stuff was shipped yesterday - maybe b/c of the sale things have been crazy.

I ordered on 6/23 & didn't receive it until 7/2. The shipping notice was late getting to me too. I also ordered on 6/27 and that email just showed up yesterday. It is already in my town though at the po so I should get it tomorrow! The first order still shows as being at the distribution center on Disney's site. I think that they are just backed up in processing the info.

I got the notice that it shipped 7/6 today. As long as it gets here before our trip, I wasn't gonna worry about it.

I FINALLY got the "shipment confirmation" email today. My question is: someone wrote about things coming up not available at shipping. I thought it would tell you at checkout if something was unavailable (that's what it did for me with pins I tried to order). So, you mean I could have been waiting all this time and have received the "thank you for your order" email listing all my items "in stock" and have them be out of stock later? Please fill me in. Now you've got me nervous!

well, as of today it has been 12 days since i ordered.I have recieved my large furniture item 3 days ago (personalized).I guess I was spoiled with the quick prompted delievery we use to recieve when Disney actualy owned the store. I order online ever 2 months or so and it has routinely taken an average of 9-10 days to recieve my order. It use to take an average of 5 days with standard delievery.

I order through Disney online a lot throughout the years (the closest Disney store is almost an hour's drive each way and they are a SMALL one- not much in the way of clothing/etc. anyway) and I also was spoiled with the quick shipping. I placed an order a few weeks before our June trip and it shipped fast (as usual for me) but some of the items were WAY off on the sizing (ridiculously so- even washing/drying in hot to shrink them wouldn't bring them even close to fitting properly. It's weird how their sizing is so off sometimes on some things) and so I ordered again... that order took FOREVER! I didn't think I was going to get it in time so I called about it and they said it was shipping that day. I got the email that day. I wonder if my email prompted them to hurry up? I barely got it in time for our trip... strange how it went from ordering, a day or two later receiving an email and then a few days recieving it to WEEKS later finally getting the email after calling about it and then receiving it a few days after that.

I wonder what is up with that?

Well, I was able to track my order now that I received my tracking number and saw that my package was delivered to my post office this morning. So, hopefully, I will receive it from them either tomorrow or Monday. But, I also checked on Disneydirect under my original confirmation number and their website is still saying that my order is STILL at their distribution center (so, they're center hasn't updated their info). Hopefully, you will receive your items soon too.
