DisneyDirect orders...hasn't shipped yet?

I have placed about 10 orders (maybe more) over the past couple of weeks since the sale has begun. I have received everything I wanted and ordered within 7-10 days. The only thing I have on backorder is the Partners Statue that I knew was 10 weeks backordered. Since I'm a Platinum Best Guest, all of my shipping is free. I do have a couple of things to return, since I purchased the easel, then the price dropped substantially, so I reordered and plan to return my first one to the local Disney Catalog Outlet in Va. I've been very pleased with all of my orders and the merchandise, but mostly the prices! I do look forward to some new merchandise though and would love to see some new collectibles.

I think within 30days if the price goes down you can call or email and get a price adjustment. I have done this a few times. Some times you get a cranky CM and they say no but keep at it. Then you don't have to re order and return.
