DisneyBand+ Available on Fantasy Starting This Summer

Do we NEED to buy them...is it a MUST for all staterooms?

DisneyBand+/MagicBand+ is completely optional. DCL still issues KTTW cards which are required when you leave and reboard the ship in ports of call.
