Add everyone's names the 2 adults and 2 kids (even your younger daughter) then on the next screen only click on the names of the child and adult that will attend the class. It will then allow you to buy tickets for all 4 in your party.

Yes, this is what I had to do, and it worked. As a pp mentioned, there didn't seem to be an option to have the tickets shipped. I emailed Ashley to see if I could pay the fee to have them shipped ahead of time...we'll see what happens.

Glad to hear that you can actually order more adult tics than children participating...we are a family of three, so I was a little worried!

Also glad they've opened registration...I was told it would happen late April/early May when I called YES a few weeks ago, so it's a surprise this is happening earlier than that. I hope the missing dates show up soon!

Thank goodness we have a support group right here or we'd being losing our minds individually!

Has anyone been able to get 3 adult and 2 child tickets? We have a 5 year old and 3 year old so only one will attend the class in September. We are also taking my mother in law so we need 5 tickets total. Is this part of the glitch or can we not do this now?

Thanks!

That is part of the glitch but others are saying that they entered the names of the adults under the kids section I believe to make it go through. The problem should be fixed over the weekend

Everyone please help me understand something, I just went in and ordered 5 tickets and signed up my 3 kids for classes on June 28th, but I am curious about something if they do not reach there minimum participants and cancel the class will we still be able to use our tickets, I got this message after I paid for my tickets and am now worried about these not being refundable, I can not afford to pay for another set of tickets. Thanks for any advice you can give on this

The class fee which was built into the price you paid for the tickets was non refunadable. You are still able to use your tickets if the class is cancelled.. you just won't get the class fee returned to you.

pigletto, thank you very much for your response that takes a great deal of worry off of my shoulders

It's saying I can only register until august 29th now, I wonder if that's part of the glitch being fixed?

Ok so I followed everyone else and just put purchase tickets. We have 4 kids and 4 adults coming but 2 of the kids are only 2 years old, but when I put everyone's name in it wants me order 8 tickets, so if I delete 2 of the adults it will let me just order 6 tickets. Should I do this or do they put names on the tickets?

Since the 2 year olds are too young for the class and do not need park tickets, I wouldn't put their names in at all.

If I dont put them on there though it won't let me put 4 adults, since there's only 2 kids. Maybe I should just call since I'm all confused.

You have to put their names in..then on the next screen only click on the chldren that are attending the class and one adult per child. This is what amanda told me to do when i called yesterday. If they arent checked off then they arent registetered. we were able to choose tickets w no problem

So the tickets all look the same for adults and children? For some reason when I put their names it wants me to order them a ticket but they are too young for a ticket, and if I don't put their name then I can't put the names of the other adults attending. I basically only need 6 tickets but there's 8 of us but if I put 4 adults and 2 kids it won't let me buy them this way, but if I put 4 kids and 2 adults(only registering the 2 older ones) it will let me buy 6. I just didn't know if it specified whose ticket was whose.
Basically I need more adult tickets then kids but was told you could get tickets for everyone in your party, but this is the only way I can make it work.

That IS great news! We were worried about this also! Anyone else signing up for Disney’s Captivating Moments: Images with Impact on July 26, 2011. We so WANT TO DO this class! We are always taking pictures at the parks and would really like to improve! :rotfl2: :lmao: Plus, being on the yearbook staff she is really interested in this!
:yay:

My son enjoyed this. :)

I am new to this as well, but I have asked a similar question. We have more adults than children. Refer to the answer someone gave me in post #2219. Also, someone said there is currently a glitch causing the problem you are having. So, one, give it til Monday. Second, see if you can just register the appropriate children and adults who are going to the class and then on the other page order the appropriate number of tickets. That seems to be what others are explaining to me.

Did something change? For my registration, the only names I had to list were the kids attending the class and the "leader" of the group. Why are some people having to list everyone's names to order?

They have changed their system. I am not sure if it is to streamline the process or some type of change over. I noticed this "Student Guest Services, Division of CONVENTIONPLUS® LLC" with non-Disney address, phone, email on the bottom of the confirmation email and the charges where to this company as well.

I am sure things will be ok once they are up and running but you know how any new program works...a few glitches. Those who are registering more than one adult per child may want to wait a few days while they work out the glitches.

Tickets are processed right away (which is nice). On the last page is a confirmation that you can print. However, they also send you an email that you can print (I was worried because printer was low on ink). There was not an option for mailing. (So I guess no more FedEx in the bushes-lol)

If you read the notices at the top of the page it says one adult to one chd ticket. At least that is what I think I read.

They lied about who was participating? There is also a notation that they have the option of voiding the tickets for non participation.
