I just wanted to update y'all since I finally received a response from the YES program regarding my sons' & husband's attendance at their program. I emailed them a picture of the group & pointed out which kids were mine, and told them what the kids did in the class. They agreed that my family did indeed attend the class & made note of it in their records. I'm so relieved, because I would hate for us to be barred from future programs because of their oversight.
I think a pp had asked what the kids made in the Synergy in Science class. It wasn't a take-home project, just something that the group worked together on. Without spoiling the surprise (and it's not a big deal, lol!) it was cute, but not something that anyone got to keep.
I'm not sure how those of us who bought the water parks option are ending up with different #'s of entries into the water parks & dq, but my tickets were definitely just the 5 days of those entries, plus our 8 days of park hoppers. I wonder if it varies by where the tickets are picked up? We got ours from the group sales window at Epcot (after waiting in line at a regular will-call window, we were directed to go to group sales). Also, we were told that they would expire 14 days from the day I picked them up. Again not what I expected, given the verbage on my YES receipt, but I didn't care because we were only staying 9 days anyway.
