I'm not sure if this post belongs here but here it goes...

My wife and I are going to be celebrating out 3 year anniversary in Disney World this November. I am a big Disney enthusiast and through planning this trip she has been sucked into the Disney bubble and now enjoys it as much as I do!

Her birthday is coming up quickly and with her new found love of Disney I was hoping to put together a "Disney World Survival Kit". I am not looking to load her up with things like sunscreen, first aide kits, etc.

I am looking more for things like buying her a Disney themed travel bag (for the parks) and filling it with things like, tshirts, some jewelry, etc. I am looking for any help anyone can offer!!

Thanks in advance.

Mike

I would simply go on the Disney store site. They have an entire section of WDW specific travel items. Not sure what your budget is, but they have adorable hard shell carry ons that you could find fill with an autograph book, ear hat, t-shirt, jewelry, character magic band etc. They also have Dooney and Bourke bags plus travel bags at lower price points.

Pandora charm or Alex and Ani Disney bracelet
Maybe a Cinderellas carriage necklace- you can buy it on ebay/etsy and then have her pick a pearl at Epcot to place in it.
Vera Bradley crossbody in the Disney print
Disney Tervis Tumbler
Custom shirt from Etsy

These are all great ideas! I would love to get her a Dooney and Bourke bag but I might have to go with one of the lower priced options!

Thanks so much for all of your help. These are some great ideas. The Cinderella necklace is a great idea... I was planning on doing the pick a pearl (it's her birth stone) and that's a great place to put it!. The pandora charm and photo mat are also both things that she would like. Looks like I've got some shopping to do! Thanks again

I'm a big fan of Disney LeSportsac bags. I have one I use for my carry-on, and a couple different purses for the parks.
I also like some Dooney and Bourke purses but pattern placement is kind of important and may be better to pick out in person.
For jewelry I prefer Pandora because its something I can add too, so for other birthdays, or trips it makes gift giving easy.
I'm no help with clothes, I don't really wear Disney stuff except baseball caps. If your wife wears hats, getting her one is a great idea for the Florida sun.

I think its a very sweet idea for her birthday so I'm just suggesting this based on my own personal issues LOL. What about a gift card specifically for your Disney trip? I only say that because I know when I go to WDW and see some things I want that are kind of expensive I feel guilty about getting them, so I don't. If my dh gave me a giftcard for my birthday I wouldn't feel guilty at all.

She's actually looked at the LeSportsac bags before! And the gift card is probably a really good idea too. I always try to avoid giving gift cards but for this reason and the way you described, it's different. Thanks!

Does she has a favorite character or princess? I always enjoy wearing a Disney theme t-shirt on our trips, I usually find mine at A Disney story outlet. If there is one around you that might be good to check out.
