Yeah, same here - or they finally got it fixed! The CM was only able to get my first trip (Aug.) working. When he put in the duplicates for my Dec. trip, it wouldn't work because that's a DVC trip, not a package, and going off of AP. Worked now for me though.4 hours and 45 minutes on hold and I was finally able to book my 8 days. The CM must have shook something loose because suddenly everything was working from my computer and I could do my own booking.
I think this update worked, because an hour ago I still couldn't get park reservations, and now I was able to get them for all 27 days I have booked (I still need a few more but I'm waiting for Hilton to link the rest of my April reservation with MDE). I was suffering from the active AP and new pass vouchers on our accounts glitch. Thanks for the heads up about the update!After 5 hours I'm still no further than when I startedSuper friendly/cheerful CM but he couldn't get any of the known workarounds to work so it is being escalated. He did say a software update is going through at midnight tonight so it may fix it and to check in the morning.

Don't give up yet- I had multiple problems which were just fixed by whatever they did system-wide this past hour. Get some sleep and try again early in the morning. I hope yours are fixed also- I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.Just got off the phone. No help for me. While on the phone, her system was going down for an upgrade. After spending £200 on hold last night, going to bed in tears and declaring that i was giving up I have woken up this morning and have managed to BOOK AN ENTIRE 14 DAY TRIP FOR 2021 VIA THE APP WITH NO ISSUES AT ALL!!
I am assuming the glitch must be fixed
So my advice to those stuck in the one booking only glitch (where all other days then grey out afterwards) is to NOT waste time on hold, trying webchat or trying the hacks that i tried (refresh, delete & rebook the 1st etc) this is NOT an issue with MDE that Disney IT has to fix in order to proceed which is what led me to sitting on hold and wasting so much money

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY AND RELIEVED TO NOT BE SPENDING A 3RD DAY DOING THIS!

Wow - 4750+ posts in two days! This has been such a great support thread, with everyone so helpful to one another. It’s also been a great emotional support group for coping with this sorry situation.

After waiting for a reply in chat, for six hours, and receiving a useless generic response, and then calling in Monday night, but giving up after waiting on hold for three hours, I again tried some of the solutions posted here, along with some of my own ideas. With 17 hours spent trying to resolve the issues that prevented me from booking the Park Passes, what did I have to lose, except a little more sleep? I immediately felt a huge sense of relief, when I started seeing all of the parks showing as available for booking. So, how do I feel? Relieved, to have claimed victory in this challenge!Free therapy for all.
