Finally made it through to a CM after about 3 hours total (disconnected twice). I was one of the AP+DVC vacations that hit a 3-day reservation limit. He had to submit an IT ticket to get it unblocked, but it did sound like they are working on for all AP holders.
However, it does sound like they are able to unblock a single person/group. I asked about renewing my Annual Pass so I could start reserving for my Dec-Jan trip (we originally were going to renew in May), and he said I could call back around the end of July to have them unblock those dates for me, even though I will not be able to renew until October (or later depending on any additional extensions).
