October, thanks. Multiple browser holding on castle pic and sitting on phone waiting for DVC help. I'm in hell I think.

But I'm not sure how accurate this is! I'm looking for September and it's showing me all greens. The only days that are yellow are in July.

Did you click on the resort tab Above the calendar and then scroll to the month you need? I thought it worked better to go through the DPPS page.

I finally got through for our December trip but couldn't reserve anything because we've reached our park pass limit. We have 7 days reserved in August. still a glitch and still going on.

Not all. There is the possibility of anything over 3 days (which is not supposed to be the case if you have a resort reservation) but Disney recognizes there is a glitch so hopefully they can resolve it without having to cancel anything. Different cast members are telling folks different things. It's the worst game of telephone ever!! I would take whatever is being said with a grain of salt and double check your DME often.

Call my "uninformed" but I finally got a chat session going. I wanted to book a new resort reservation for 7/15-/719 2020. I thought this was open but according to chat that is not the case. So I don't know what the flood on the website is for?

Finally made it through to a CM after about 3 hours total (disconnected twice). I was one of the AP+DVC vacations that hit a 3-day reservation limit. He had to submit an IT ticket to get it unblocked, but it did sound like they are working on for all AP holders.

However, it does sound like they are able to unblock a single person/group. I asked about renewing my Annual Pass so I could start reserving for my Dec-Jan trip (we originally were going to renew in May), and he said I could call back around the end of July to have them unblock those dates for me, even though I will not be able to renew until October (or later depending on any additional extensions).
