Just spoke with Disney. They are having "magical enhancements" this morning for modifications of 2020 packages as well as the new theme park reservation system. No ETA on when the system will come up.

Ditto. I don't think they officially announced what time the reservation system was supposed to launch today (many of us TAs were told different things unofficially, but nothing consistent). However, we were told in official communication that we could modify clients' reservations whose resorts won't be open this fall beginning at 7am today. But due to magical enhancements, that isn't happening either.

CMs are not doing park reservations on the phones with people...

I feel like maybe they should have limited this to those with reservations in the next 30/60 days to start to limit volumes...
