What are your biggest Disney World Pet Peeves, what bothers you the most about anything concerning WDW

People cutting in line, Brazillian touring groups, pool hoppers, and healies.

No, I'm just kidding. WDW is magical. I can't say that I have many pet peeves in this area. It does kind of tick me off, though, that they've found a way to make me feel so good about giving them so much money. I'm usually a pretty cheap guy.

It's not family friendly for a family of 5 or more. Everything is focused on families of 4...tables at the restaurants and hotels. What about us with more? :confused3

My biggest pet peeve is that I have to leave at the end of my vacation!:(

Parents who take their obviously very sick child to the park just because neither one will sacrifice a day..if they're sick...let them REST, not dehydrate out in the sun and throwing up in front of my feet...

Literally was sitting next to a lady on a bench when her child threw up and she said he had a fever of 102 that morning but she gave him tylenol....she couldn't figure out why it hadn't worked.....UGH!!!!

I've had sick children, yeah, it's a bummer to spend 3 days in your hotel room, but isn't that better than exposing all those people and having your child not be jostled about in a stroller all day?

As far as Disney....aside from the very rare obnoxious cast member (ya know, the type that partied too hard the night before and rolls his eyes when someone asks where the bathroom is) other than that, it's all good! :)

Not a pet peeve, but why/how do ladies with high hair decide on those stiletto heels? They've got a huge bag, tight capri's, long fingernails and a tight tank on...and they're feet are squunched into these very narrow toed shoes....man, I want to RUN to Splash Mountain...those shoes would take me half a day to get to that part of the park! It really hurts me to see them walking!! or just standing in them!

My pet peeve (and I'm donning my flame retardant suit, so flame away) is what I've nicknamed "cockroaches" at the parks. It's the 8 year old child, maybe two of them, holding hands that darn near stampede you and shove you aside to get in front of you and everyone else in line for a ride. I usually smile and think how cute it is that these children are soooo excited to get on that ride, so It doesn't bother me, until I see their parents saying "excuse me, excuse me, my family is up there, excuse me, pardon me...." followed by their 3 sisters, their aunt and uncle, 5 cousins, grandma, her new boyfriend, and his 17 children from his previous marriage. I know kids run ahead out of excitement, but don't use that as a way to cut in line. Many of these parents encourage the kids to push in front of the line so they can meet up with them. Either keep the kids with you, or get in shape to keep up with them! Just my 2 cents.:teacher:

people on scooters who obviously don't need to be!

Just my 2 cents:
My uncle spent the last 15 years of his life as a frequent visitor to the local heart hospital. To look at him, you would have no idea that he wasn't healthy, but his heart simply wasn't up to any sort of a workout.

I'm not flaming you, but some disabilities simply aren't obvious.

OK-- back to our regularly scheduled thread:

My pet peeve is guests who treat CMs as though they are invisible. (No eye contact, no smile, no "thank you's".)

My pet peeve is people who wait until the last minute to find someplace to watch the parade, and then try to shove themselves in by you. I like to sit on the curb and people watch for a little while before the parades. And I don't take up tons of room, but if there is a spot only a foot wide next to me, you and your 2 kids will not fit in it! And please do not put your child next to me, then disappear back into the crowd somewhere. I now kind of feel responsible, and I am not here to babysit for you.

1) People who are not smoking in the designated areas! I hate cigarette smell. (I have the ex-smoker syndrome.)

2) People who are happy to plow into the back of me with a stroller.

3) People who are in their own little world  and do not take into consideration the people in the rest of the park...these are usually the people on their cell phone, looking at a map, trying to give their kids food as they are pushing a stroller.

4) Line jumpers.:headache:

5) They should have Pirate & Princess night every night. That is my favorite thing at MK!:cheer2:

:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I've posted in the special needs thread since I use a power wheelchair about this very issue. It's extremely obvious that there are those who use the scooters who shouldn't be for all sorts of reasons.....

...but I'll save those rants for the appropriate board ;)

People on their cell phones while on vacation with their children!! Make that LOUD people on their cell phones!

people cutting irks me

I dont let the scooter thing bother me, I dont want to judge others. I have no idea whats wrong with someone to say they need it.

The buses irk me sometimes as well.

healies are evil
I hate them. I still cant believe people let there kids run all ove rthe place in these. I was smashed into more than once at Xmas and the kids dont even say sorry and neither do there parents.

To add to this I HATE when people who have waited until the last minute to find a place push their way up front and then park themselves right in front of my child - who has been sitting on that curb for the past 45 minutes waiting to see the parade. We have honestly had people (adults) plop themselves right in front of my daughter, and then when I politely say " would you mind moving over a little so my daughter can see", I get a dirty look and they don't move. I don't care if you sit in front of me, but please allow my four year old child to be able to see what she has been waiting for. It's just rude.

one of my pet peeves is when you have to constantly remind people "can you please move up"when you are waiting on the line and you find yourself doing this the entire time until you get on the ride...... UGH!!!!!!!
