Disney World - Free Wi-Fi ?

Is there free Wi-Fi anywhere on Disney property? I thought maybe McDonalds at DTD might have it, but I haven't found any info on that.

Here's a website for locating free wifi spots, I only saw UK McD's listed, not sure why because I was thinking some in the US have wifi but this link might be helpful to people here regardless. You can search by business, state, city, airport, etc., it's a pretty convenient reference when you're traveling.

It's hard to imagine anything being free in WDW. We don't stay more than three nights since moving down here so internet access isn't as much of an issue. If I really have to log on for something important I can just run home for a few hours.

I think if I had a real need for internet access while at WDW I would compare the fee they charge against the cost of an internet access card for my laptop that I could use anywhere.

Very true---free and Disney don't really go together. You'll have to leave disney property to get it for free.

I think most McD's have free wi-fi (at least around here) and I think Starbuck's and Borders do as well.

i don't think there are a whole lot, since they charge you 10.00/day to use the connection in your room.

There is free wi-fi in some of the Disney resort lobbies. I have used it at both the Yacht and Beach Clubs.

The closest one according to the web site is Grosvenor Resort - 1850 Hotel Plaza Blvd - 407-828-4444, which is in within walking distance to Downtown Disney bus stations.

BW has wifi in the lobby as well as the pool area...not that I'm bringing my netbook to the pool!!
