Any ideas when free dining plans will be offered again?

Right now the only thing that's been seen for 2013 is the Stay, Play, and Dine offer. Guesses are they are waiting to see how many this draws in and if they will need to do free dining or can stick with this.

What is the stay, play and dine program?

It's a dining/ticket discount. Adults pay child prices for the dining plan and tickets.

It's not as deep of a discount as FD, but it's better than rack rate.

It's currently being offered through March 7, and another discount for room/tickets is currently out for Disney Visa Card holders.
