Disney World Celebration Dining offerings?

I'm not sure if THIS is the right place for this question, or not.....hopefully, the mods will move it if it needs it.

We are planning a trip in September of '09...and it's going to see some pretty big "family events" that we want to celebrate.

DS will turn 5

DW and I will celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary (and there are some surprises already planned around that, but there's potential for more).

Youngest DD will turn 3

We'd like to do at least ONE birthday party, and maybe 2....and we're going to do something for our anniversary.

So, now that I've rambled a bit, does anyone know what the special offerings WDW is planning on having? What I mean by that is that Disneyland is offering special parties and dining options, etc:

Does anyone know if WDW is going to offer a similar slate of "stuff"? And, if so, does anyone know WHAT? And if you know what, any directions on how to book 'em?

I am interested in finding out some information about this as well.

In particular, the "mini cake surprise" that DisneyLAND says is being offered as of January. Disney WORLD (our destination) says they aren't available until "spring".

Would love to know if we could get one for January, if we order soon enough....and what the cost would be! Seems like a better option than a great big cake, as we're only a family of 3.

You will probably hear a lot about what they've done in the past. Birthday cupcakes, special desserts, a table by the window, confetti on the table - things of that nature.

However, all of us are unqualified to represent what they might be doing in 2009. It is the year of "What will you Celebrate?" and it's entirely possible that Disney may take it to a whole new level next year.

What you can do, to make sure you take advantage of the celebration, is note your ADR's for the days that you're celebrating.

On your DS's 5th birthday - note any and all ADR's for that day. Celebrating DS's 5th Birthday.

On your DD's 3rd birthday - note on all ADR's for that day - celebrating DD's 3rd Birthday.

On your anniversary - Celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary.
