Are you talking about driving in Disney World itself or all of Orlando? But then again, if we told you Driving in WDW is a lot like driving in Nashville, Tennessee, would that really mean anything to you? I think no one has answered your question because no one knows what you mean.
Hi OP, I've been to Little Rock and I can tell you Orlando is more sprawling than LR. That said there are way more street signs and it will be easy to figure out from the signs how to get to Disney World. If you are staying on Disney resort property - well it is like a small town but with a lot more roads. Once there you may loop around some and pass the same thing twice occasionally if you miss your turn but it is fairly easy to navigate thanks to all the signs. If you venture off property, Kissimmee is a town about the size of Hot Springs and has a main drag called Hwy 192 where many of the motels and restaurants are to be found; it is where we go if we venture off property. We really don't go into Orlando unless we are going to the non-Disney parks. I don't think you'll find the traffic intimidating. The most surprising thing is U-turns are allowed - and sometimes the only way to get a business on the opposite side of the road on 192. There can be delays in the morning with so many traveling to the parks but the waiting is not too bad and people are polite drivers.
