Realityland is a great book, also Creating Magic by Lee Cockerrell gives you a business perspective from the inside.

Field Guide to Magic Kingdom
Field Guide to Epcot

Those are great books and have a bunch of fun little facts with pictures and everything. There also small in size so they can fit in a purse or carry-on bag if you decide to take one of them with to read on the plane.

Also, if you want to get the best DVD ever regarding Disney, get "Disneyland: Secrets, Stories and Magic" It covers Disneyland only but its about all the classic attractions that you also find in Magic Kingdom at WDW as well. You'll find out how Walt got the idea for the Haunted Mansion and why there is a showboat at the end of Splash Mountain with a bunch of random animals on it, etc. You'll also have to order this off Amazon.com as I don't think its sold in stores anymore.

Once of my favorite gifts from my husband back in 1996 was a book called "Since the World Began" which details the first 25 years. It is still available at Amazazon.com. I love that book, and still get it out from time to time!
