I am a WDW annual passholder who never stayed at a WDW hotel so did not have a Magic Band and today, March 10, I was able to order my Magic Band through the My Disney Experience account online. Finally!!!!!!! I did not get any advanced notice, just went to the MDE site and saw I could do it. Hint- you need to have the MDE account first, then need to confirm shipping address, then you can customize and order the MB. It said shipping is soon, Mid-March.

All you APers, chech your MDE account for this.

If I already have one,I'm assuming I should get another one in case I lose one. This of course if I see the option to get one for being a passholder. Can you have multiple bands linked to an AP?

Yes, our family of 5 have annual passes and we each have 3 magic bands linked to our AP.

As I said, I ordered the MB Monday and today, Wednesday, the FP+ reservation button was unlocked. No new trip planned since I was there last weekend. Drat, bad timing.

Also read on twitter that AP FP+s advance window was reduced to 30 days rather than the 60 days resort guests get.

I did the same thing. The site still says they are customizing our bands and they should ship mid March for annual passholders. Our flight to Orlando leaves at 0600 March 21st.:scared1: I was finally able to go in yesterday and make FP+ reservations. Since we are only a little over a week out and are going during spring break, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get Soarin (two different days), the Safari, all three MK Mountains, RnR, Toy Story, and ToT with good morning times. In fact, we got Toy Story twice (one day for all three of us and another day for me and my mom to ride, while my husband rides RnR).

The system wouldn't let me even attempt to book a FP for Be Our Guest though. I know the BoG FP is not counted against your regular three FP+ limit, but it still required that you enter a resort confirmation number to book it, which staying offsite we don't have.

That Be Our Guest lunch reservation restriction is unfortunate and I didn't realize that. Bummer. BOG FP+ system is kind of convoluted and maybe there is a work-around. I heard that home computers, smart phones and wifi pads all seem to have slightly different software concerning MDE and maybe one one does allow it. I haven't done any delving into the stuff yet so I don't really know.

As for 'regular' FP+, I heard the fireworks and parade FP+ viewing areas get filled days ahead of time but even top e-ticket rides are still open day-of or night-before.
