I can't seem to get a pin code from Disney to save my soul, but, Universal, where I have NEVER been to, just sent me a pin code....go figure!! It looks real inviting too...Disney may just lose my business for the first time ever!

I got one to Universal today too. Funny thing we have been to Disney World 9 times, but my niece, who we took mind you, got a pin code sent to MY house. I called and tried to use it but they said it wasn't with my name so it was a no go. That's frustrating!!!

Really? The Disney pins have eluded me as well.

Curious, what is the Universal pin deal??

I don't see the special you are being offered?:confused3
The "skip the line" privilege is always offered to guests staying at the 3 Universal hotels.

Sorry, it's also a room discount (didn't show up when I copied and pasted)

49% off at Royal Pacific
43% off at Portofino Bay
33% off at Hard Rock

Sounds like a good deal but has been a couple of years since we have been there.

I got that a few weeks ago but mine had to be booked by end of Feb. Same dates, though. If I get one for Aug, Universal will be getting my business hands down over Disney

As much as I have enjoyed staying onsite at Disney leaving HRH to move to Disney last holiday was a wrench, I loved it there.

Do you know how you got on the emial list? We are registered on the website and nothing.:confused3

Universal has been running decent adds in the Chicago Trib. Travel section lately as well. Buy 3 get 2 free, I think? We're sticking with Disney because of the boys ages, but it's on our list a few years down the road.

I just checked the universal webiste and under the Hot Deals tab they are advertising the same deal as the pin code - 49% off and such.

No code needed

I got a pin code from Universal about a month ago. We haven't been to Universal in 11 years. Just a note that I passed it along to my friend who was going to Universal and they actually let her use it. Don't know if it was a fluke or if they aren't as strict as Disney is with their pin codes.:confused3

I may be wrong, but I think the normal discount on the hot deals page is IF you stay 3 or more nights.. The percentage keeps going up for 2,3 etc and maxes out at 49. The pin code is even if you stay one ngiht.

Either way, they're going to be raking them in with Harry Potter this year. DH and I are dying to go... Maybe we can get a sitter to watch the kids at Disney, and sneak over to Universal for a night :rotfl:

Those are GREAT rates! I'll add a couple of vacation days to our Disney vacation and go to Universal as well if I get that code!

Since they don't Mention Harry Potter World, does that mean it is not included in the front of the line pass? I think I will wait until HPW is not as busy before going back to Universal.
