Hi all! I made it through the first 50 pages of this thread (maybe I need a life if I have that kind of time but you all are funny people so it was kinda easy) but can't make it any farther so I' thought I'd just post a note. Hubby & I are thinking about joining this cruise. We did a 7 day Eastern Caribbean last year which was not only our first Disney cruise but our first cruise. My concern, if I book at this late date (I did call & confirm I could use my DVC points to book & they had "plenty" of inside staterooms available), is everything going to be booked? Any recent additions to the group & did you have trouble getting reservations? Not even sure what I'd want, probably don't need to do Palo dinner again (it was great don't get me wrong but I liked brunch better and that isn't an option on the 3 day - just so much to do that I probably don't need to spend my time there). Maybe spa? String rays on CC (it got cancelled on me last year)?

We would probably also try to add a few days at the resort before hand (I hear that DVC rooms are pretty much booked for the following week due to the holiday so I think it would have to be before). If I'm making the 5 hour trip across the country I better get my money's worth and stay awhile!

I was able to get a spa appt this week for the time I wanted it. There are all of availability left.

OMG I feel I have been gone forever!!! I see you guys have been very busy!

I have been busy trying to figure out the extent of the damage from the leak. Still waiting for the roofers to come But I can tell you now that we will not be going to WDW in January as usual

I went shopping today, how drepressing not only the school & Halloween stuff is out but the SNOW SUITS too!!!! Seriously!?! summer is not over yet! who buys snow stuff in the summer ????

I looked it up and we aren't that far apart. You are on the opposite side of the ship from us and about 10 rooms up. If we were all on the same hall, then I would ne about half way between you and Rebekah & disneyelf.

Same here. I don't think that I'll ever get one as a solo traveler. I think they would rather upgrade a family than a single person. Oh well I'm just happy to be on the ship!!!

Go to your reservation online and do it there. I originally had a Cat 11 booked and the 12 GTY's opened and I switched it online. Saved $100 and no big difference between rooms just deck locations. Try it!
