Disney Wonder - Sept 30 2010 3 Night Bahamas

So you are gonna meet me in Jens room to sit on HER verandah and drink some yummy cocktails...I'm totally bringing my own!!! I know, crazy. But seriously...I don't mind a drink here and there on the ship...But at like $10 a piece, I'd rather just bring my own!!! I'm thinking of just grabbing vodka maybe?

OMG thanks to the DISboards, I just found out there was a cruise to nowhere.... yes you read that right...once the wonder docks in California before the Mexican Riviera cruises, it is doing a 2 night cruise to nowhere, where they just sail around... and everyone said it was sold out! BUT I GOT A ROOM!!! WWWOOOHOOOOO!!! It is end of January, which is when we almost always fly all the way to florida, just for a long weekend and take the 3 night cruise. This will be SOO much easier, of course, no castaway cay. But I'll be on my own time zone! I'm so excited!! Who wants to come?? Then I can be your tour guide at Disneyland!!!

YES!~~~~ Oh my goodness, you are so new to this cruising... LOL. You get to enjoy all the onboard amenities for a couple days, it's like going to a weekend hotel. Only a disney hotel, and only you are sailing the Pacific Ocean.... It is going to be A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I can't wait. Can't you just imagine how much food I can eat on there! Awesome!

Yes you leave the dock! OMG I literally just burst out laughing really loud when I read that. So you leave the dock and you just sail around the pacific ocean. You leave Friday afternoon and come back Sunday morning.

Absolutely CRAZY day here at work today!!! And tomorrow might be too...sigh.

Anyway, just checking in and also...

Eoghan and I are drinkers!

Not like get wasted drinkers, but we are planning on definitely partaking of the drink of the day and other fruity umbrella drinks and probably wine at dinner etc....

I almost want to apologize for being the only drinkers in our group...

that's me, I like a drink here and there....let's not forget the happy hour on Castaway Cay -2 for the price of one....anyone what to share w/ me???

Sorry my friend. Everything is going to be okay. Soon enough we will be on the seas and sailing with Mickey and Friends!! I wish it would come soon too!!! Before you know it, it's going to be like a week away, and we'll all be saying gosh remember how long ago it seemed, and now it is here!

Ugh this week has been awful for me too! Can't wait for tomorrow at 5 then it's offically the weekend! But I'm looking forward to the cruise more!!! Exactly 49 days from now we will be out at sea!!!!!!!!!!!

We would probably also try to add a few days at the resort before hand (I hear that DVC rooms are pretty much booked for the following week due to the holiday so I think it would have to be before). If I'm making the 5 hour trip across the country I better get my money's worth and stay awhile!

We just reserved it ohhh like 2 weeks ago, and we have Palo ressies. Also, we made our spa ressies ON the ship last year, I think you will be fine! Sting Rays, I think you can also do on board, don't think you have anything to worry about!

Oh I am so sorry you are having a stressful day! I know what you mean about wanting to be on the cruise. I have no reason to be stressed! I am in between project and awaiting changes from the customer and I am going NUTS!!! I want to be around friends that I can laugh with for hours or make fun of when they are participating in a game!

Jackie- For alcohol..I think I'm just gonna pick some up at the store when we arrive in Florida... What did you want. I'm thinking I will just get wine and maybe vodka, that's my hard alcohol of choice. What would you like. This is assuming my flight arrives on time.. HAHAAHAHAHA...
