Lisa and Dawn, may I ask who your TAs are? I went through ******. But I feel like we had more control when we booked directly through Disney. Now I have to go through my TA (the middle man).
I went through triple A. (They will block out the name if the company is banned from being mentioned/or posting here.) I have heard of Tim Larison, I believe he was one of the TAs that I originally contacted for a quote. There are many recommended TAs here on the DIS but the best I have heard is SueEllen from DU. I have friends who have used her many times, I should have listened and gone with her. I chose AAA because I thought it might be easier to go through my local office in case of a problem. Little did I know that they'd BE the problem. :lmao: Oh well, I am hoping and praying that all will go off without a glitch.

I purchased AAA's insurance when I booked our cruise. Since we booked so far in advance, I thought it was safer to be protected from the onset. Living in Florida, I figured it can't have too much protection when it comes to hurricanes. Hopefully, that won't be a problem for us!

I am excited about our SPH rooms. I did a lot of research before booking. My TA didn't even know what the SPH rooms were, I had to give her actual room numbers to look for. We didn't get an upgrade but we didn't lose our SPH rooms when our cruise dates switched. We weren't charged any extra either, thank GOODNESS!!! SHEEZ!

On another topic, we picked up some pirate wear at WDW this past weekend. I have my shirt now, and DH bought the Mickey ears with the pirate bandana attached. I already ordered (and they were already BACKordered) new T shirts for my DSs from Disneyshopping.com. They're the new Dead Man's Chest design. I just got an email that they finally shipped. DD also got a cute pirate outfit, it's track pants with the cartoon-like pirate girl head on the shirt. Now she has the choice of wearing that outfit, or her pirate costume, at the pirate party. Always the fashionista. :rotfl2:

Oh My God! Kingdom hearts 2 is amazing any one who likes it or wants to know anything about it, im your dude i have beat it on the normal difficulty.

Thanks for the vote of confidence on the inside cabins! :thumbsup2 I'm just going to try not to think about it too much when we board. ;) I will be bringing some type of ginger or something for motion sickness. I'm not that prone, but I am "mental" and will have sympathy sickness if anyone else gets sick. :rotfl2:

Dawn - I bought travelex through insuremytrip too. I originally bought just enough for the amount of our cruise (it cost $79), but then thought I better add more for nonrefundable excursions or something. So when I added a few hundred the price went up to $139. Figured out I could raise the insurance amount all the way to $5000 for the same $139. :confused3 I couldn't possibly need that much (I hope), but buddy am I covered! :teeth:

I need one good burp and then I should be fine w/ Bonine at my side.
I know what you mean taeja71. ::yes:: :teeth:

NJBILL - thanks for the article link, that's very comforting too. :sunny:

Whoops, the TA name was there in the preview portion, but not the actual posting. Interesting.... Well its (read it w/ a mirror or backwards, you'll get it).

Ginger tea huh? I'd try that. I'm definately packing Pepto too even the kids version since we'll be stuffing ourselves to the gills!

Bill, I'd look at your fantastic article however, I don't want to gross myself out by looking at the other ones. The pesimist that I am would look at the worst report and just gag.

Our TA suggested a travel ins. co. and I can't remember the name. They said something about a family rate or some thing like that. I'll have to find that scrap piece of paper I wrote that on. :sad2: :rolleyes2

Well, it hit 80 degrees today here in central Indiana. I broke tradition (wearing white before Memorial Day) and wore white capris w/ a short sleeve top. I'm so old fashioned/old school that I still don't (until today) wear white until Mem. day. and then stop when Labor day comes.

I gotta go to sleep. Baby's coming in the morning (5am) so I gotta get rest. Post you all later!

OH, LOgan, how do I get to Kingdom of Hearts? Is there a website link you could post? I just want to see what this modern Disney game is all about. You've got me curious.

Good night all, really. :teeth:

Down here in the "deep south" ( ) it is proper to wear white after Easter and until Labor Day, so I say you're close enough! :thumbsup2 Got to love this beautiful warm weather - bring on summer!!! :cool1:

Good night all! For real this time! As my dad would say, don't you think you should call it a night? I still have nightmares about that phrase.

Good morning! We saw Annie on Tuesday DD loved it! John Schuck played Daddy Warbucks. Never thought of him as a singer but he had a nice voice. It was good but no where near Phantom!!!

Glad you had a good time! BTW, who is John Schuck? We have the Carol Burnett version on dvd and seeing it now, there's some raunchy parts. I'm glad my dkids don't get it yet. I'm almost  to have them watch it.

Have a great day all! :sunny:

okay here I go:

1. Booked through all seasons with Tom. Fabulous experience. When DU prices were lowered they matched them. I have connecting cat 10's. I do not plan to do anything in the room other than sleep and get ready (okay maybe some other stuff but only when no one but bf and I are there  )

2. I will bring bonine. Although I do not get motion sick typically, I will take it anyway to avoid any possibility. I do not want to spend any part of this cruise sick due to motion sickness. Sick from gluttony is one thing but not motion sickness. pirate:

I went shopping this weekend and got a new swimsuit, a coverup and some flip flops. Can you :listen: the check, check, check off from my list?

We have that one too!
They said he played on McMillan and wife but I remember him from the movie M*A*S*H he was the one who was going to commit suicide.
