I am okay with whatever you all decide. My party would probably wear the wristbands just to make me happy but I can tell you that only the 2 kids and I are wearing the t-shirts. If we decide to skip the neon-green shirt, I will still be making a shirt for me and the kids. (I'd hate for all of Vicki's and her son's hard work to go to waste ;) ). My t-shirt would probably be red so I would stand out.

How about this, when we get to 4 months out let's post a poll and everyone who wants to join the fun can vote and we go with the majority? Let me know your thoughts..... :)

I might be able to get my DH to wear a wristband. I'll definately wear both and my kids will def. be wearing t-shirts. They are still young enough that I influence what they wear. So, with that in mind, they may even want to wear the wristbands too.

Time is ticking so, I guess deciding 4mo. prior would be good. I'm anxious to get my printer going to print out our door signs etc.

DH last night was awesome! I was so disappointed that Grey's was a rerun. Especially since it was the episode where Meredith makes a complete fool of herself grooveling (sp?) over McDreamy. Have some self-respect woman!!!

I was disappointed about Grey's being a rerun too. DH was good. That Andrew sure is a nightmare, isn't he?!?!

If he was my kid...well, I can't say that on a board but that camp they sent him to prior would seem like Disney World ;)

I will definitely be tivo'ing my Sunday night shows if they are new episodes when we are cruising :lmao:

I am getting ready to do the "happy dance" I think every time it gets to "months" out, like at exactly 5 months left, I will do some sort of happy dance :dancer: At exactly 4 months out I will start the preparation for the trip while doing my dance. Yeah!!!

The only things I have left to buy/make are:

Address Labels-Luggage Tags
Address Labels-Postcards
Anti-bacterial Wipes or Gel
Batteries (camera batteries also)
Beverages/mixers/wine
Bonine
Glow necklaces
ID holder/dry box
Pen - laundry bleach pen
Stain Stick or Packet
lanyard
Chocolate gold coins

So not bad right? I will say I have to add the t-shirt and/or wristband. I think I am doing pretty good. We will see if I start to panic :confused3

Kerry,
It doesn't seem like a lot at all! You're doing great! Maybe I should make my list??? :rolleyes1

I read these on another board, but not sure if true, but if so, they are a great addition:

1. Even though it's NOT on the room service menu, they will deliver the Mickey Ice Cream Bars! Yummy!!

2.Bring a plain white pillow case (or t-shirt, hat, whatever -- just with no logo) and a laundry marker, all in a big ziploc bag. Drop it off at the guest services desk with your child's name, and they will get all the major characters to sign it for you, no charge at all. Great souvenir to take home.

Also found on the DIS, a link to an eBay seller who will embroider a Disney character ::MickeyMo and name on a plain white pillow case. I am ordering several to submit for autographs on board. Great idea, and a little extra Disney touch.

Bill- Guest Services will let the "characters" sign anything. When DS went with his grandparents, I went to a local framing store and had a mat made. Gave the mat and pens to Guest Services and they all signed it. When he got home I put a picture in the center and framed it. It is a great keepsake!

Could you share the seller name or the link? I'd be interested in seeing what they look like.

Gosh its awfully quiet here today. Are you all looking at the eclipse??

It's spring break here, and I'm going crazy taking kids to activities. Add to that, I'm a stay-at-home mom, so *some* people feel that I should take care of their kids, too. :furious: But at least I'm having fun going to the pool and stuff!

Had a funny thought about Daylight Savings. I told the kids you can stay out side until it starts getting dark. Well, what do I tell them next week when we Spring Forward? :lmao: Should I get them a sundial?
