Hello everyone, I will be cruisin with my DH Rick, my DS 12 and myself. This will be our 2nd cruise we went on one last September and had so much fun we booked again. For all of you that are doing this for the 1st time get ready for the best vacation. :cool1: However I do recomend stretchy pants(ate to much), Lots of SUNSCREEN for Cast Away Cay :bitelip: ( burnt to a crisp), and to leave the boat knowing you didn't get to see it all :sad2: We can't wait to sail again. Talk to you all later Dawn
Oops we also have early seating. :teeth:

Added you and your family to the cruisers list on page 78. Again, welcome!

Kerry--cool if I saved you some money. :) I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing, so I hope it works out. (I hope that you get to do everything that you would have by booking with the other place!)

TaeJa--Yes, I caught up on the posts! :thumbsup2 Now I feel like I know you guys. :teeth:

Thanks Unicorn- I will get to do the same. All three go to the same place. It's a privately owned island and they use their own boats so might as well book direct. I of course would not have known any of that if it wasn't for your post, so Thanks! :teeth:

Hey everyone
We're going to be there too!!! It's me, dh, dd11,dd8,dd6,bil,sil,niece 10,nephew 6. We were on the Wonder in May and had a "wonderful" time. We rebooked for a week cruise this summer thinking we would transfer to 2007. Well we just couldn't wait so we decided to sneak in another cruise this Sept. :cool1: I can't wait to go again. Castaway Cay is just one of my favorite place in the world. :cheer2: So now we wait :hourglass

Welcome aboard! Glad to have you to give us insight.

If you want to link your dining to the other DISer's just PM me.

Okay, so I know you guys were talking about it being cheaper to book through someone than to book directly through Disney (in terms of swimming with the dolphins- I think?)
but I've gone all the way back to page 74 and only come up with Shoretrips.. is that right?

Yes, you can book with shoretrips.com, which is much cheaper than Disney. You can also go directly to the company which does the dolphin swim, which is at dolphinswim.com or dolphinencounter.com. They offer a dolphin encounter where you're in the water and get to pet the dolphin, but you don't swim. They also offer a dolphin swim where you get to swim with the dolphins! Disney only offers the dolphin encounter, and it's much cheaper to book through the company itself. Disney offers a lunch, but you can pre-order a lunch from room service and bring it with you if you book through the dolphin swim place.

That's just about everything I know, and it's rusty because I did most of my research about six months ago.

thanks for sharing. We haven't thought about what we want to do yet so, your info is much helpful. :woohoo:

Yes, thanks a lot!!
Every little bit is a major help right now as I'm having trouble with my student loan money (and I've got to pay for a trip to Europe AND the cruise..)
...but if at all possible, i would LOVE to do this... :-D :-D

Check out what I got from Disney.com It is soooo cute :mickeyjum It's a tealight holder
