My brother never bothered to get out of bed. Pretty pathetic when you're excited to finally get to go out for the first time in practically a week, and your host can't get out of bed. (He's still in there.)

In other news, I learned to plug things in with my feet today. Thats handy?

They're goin alright... Actually they're not too bad. Just had my first test today...in music of all subjects! It was fairly easy...I had to guess on one or two questions cause I swear we never talked about that! Most of my subjects seem interesting...although organic chemistry can be a bit of a snooze. But it should be a good, successful semester!

I have to take the first semester of organic chem (211) for my major. There's another semester after that (212) that I'm not required to take but my advisor really wants me to take it. I don't know how to tell her no. I think I'll be good after one semester thanks!

Yea i think if I didn't HAVE to take it I might skip it too. When I was getting ready to graduate my advisor informs me that I am 2 electives short to graduate, so I decide to take pottery and photography. I had already accepted a job and they were cool about my being short the two classes and I took them at night. My advisor was trying to convince me to take 2 "challenging" classes. Uh got a job already lady no thanks..........

Hi every one! Looks like I'm jumping into a very happening thread here! Are you sure we're not sailing 9/3 b/c it looks like we're posting like it.

I just have to say, hug the ones you love right now if you can. I just took a meal to a new widow. She lost her dh suddenly last week and her life is upsidedown right now. I don't know the full details, but there was a tumor involved and he just died suddenly. She has one son and I can't imagine my life w/o my dh. Taken away so suddenly seems so tragic. So, hug whoever and hold them close.

I gotta go, Its been a long day.
