I actually got TWO calls today from Allseas but no quote. They wanted to let me know that the Magic wouldn't be in the Caribbean in summer 08.

That's because it will be in CALIFORNIA, my dears! Muhahahahaha! See, I can't go to Florida in 2008, so you all have to come to me. Who wants to come visit lil ol' Dawn in 2008?

Yeah it is a bummer...but it doesn't snow here. I heard it ices...but I have yet to see that. It's cause we're at the beach and coastal regions have milder winters and summers. Doesn't exactly reach low enough temperatures for it to snow. Which makes me sad cause I love snow and dearly miss it.

Heidi, I'll mail you some of our snow. We've had a five foot snowdrift in the front yard for nearly two months. I'm thinking of naming it. At least it doesn't eat much--just my hedge

The funniest part of the Allseas calls for me was that I had already known that the Magic was going to be in California. They thought they were telling me something NEW! From what we've read here, there aren't going to be any 7 night Caribbean cruises for the next few years.
