I requested a price quote for the Alternate Western Carribean 9/27/08 (double dip) - they said they would email me after the 31st with a quote.

popcorn::

I just priced out the 4 day in june 07 and it's about 6000. Thats double what we paid last September!!:scared1: I hope 08 isn't that bad if we book early geez. I'll bet that double dip will be very reasonably priced!!!

Suzanne,

If you decide to do the 4 night in June 08, do you have a preference of which date after June 22nd?

June 22nd would be great! Angelina will turn 13 on the 23rd so we could call it a birthday cruise!!

I'm going to run again... I have to make a quick run to Wal Mart. :scared:

I can't justify 6 grand for a 4 night cruise though:sad2: I wish they would give prices!!!

Oh no! I missed Greys :( I went to see Children of Men (freaky! People gotta get to baby-making!)

Thank gosh it's online and I only work 5 hours tomorrow :-D

It was good, as always. It's such a great show. Children of Men is freaky? Yeesh! :scared:

I almost wish I hadn't brought it up in front of my family cause now John just mentioned something about a cruise and wasn't talking about Disney. I've planted an evil seed!!!

I told you guys not to do it...:rolleyes::rotfl:

We took a four night cruise on one of the older RCCL ships--
Magesty of the Seas because it was a perk for buying into the timeshare we are finally in the process of unloading--long story.........
BUT
when I read some of your entries here on the Thread to DH about taking a different ship he advised me to tell you not to..... So, maybe an experience on something else will convince the guys that the ONLY way to GO is Disney!:banana:

I personally toyed around with the idea but could not even wrap my mind around a different cruise line. I went to the RCL website, lookd around and came right back to DCL! I just hope and pray that DCL offers something semi-reasonably priced so we can book again...SOON!

Ouch - yeah, that is why we tend to go in September.....since we don't have kids we don't have to worry too much about school. We may stick to Sept in 2008 so that we can do the 7-day at a more reasonable cost. Depends also on what everyone decides I suppose.

I feel the same way. I was tempted by the big newer RCL ships (the one with the promenade that does the parades) but I worry I would get "homesick" for DCL. I'm not opposed to giving it a try, I mean a cruise is a cruise and it would be lots of fun! But I would miss Palo, and the Disney shows, and the characters, and buying pins, and....and.....*sigh*
