Wow, classes started here at OSU today. (Michael's loans all worked out, he gets to stay *cheers*) and someone has already been robbed at knifepoint! I couldn't take hearing about crap like that every.single.day.

They just had a news report about the EColi and Spinach and it reminds me that the Chase foodcourts have signs up saying that Spinach will no longer be offered in their food or for their sandwiches as a safety precaution for their employees..

This corporate center has two starbucks and a dry cleaners. How... sad?

The alternator went out serveral times and my mom would rebuild them. Man, that woman has man hands. She'd get in there and kick A while working on the car. Once the clutch went out and she pulled every thing out and pretended it was a puzzle....She did/does some amzaing stuff.

Frost advisory? :cold: Hope you brought a coat. Ewww, I hope I didn't sound like your mother just then.

Nope, she never said stuff like that! :goodvibes

I remember when I took my little cousin home once and two of my Aunts were there and they told me to call when I got home so they knew I was okay and I was in shock.. and I forgot to do it because the idea was so foreign to me. They called an hour later screaming at me.. :rotfl:

Where are you parking at the Chase building? It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to be out in the elements at all, but if you have to walk a distance. brrrr :cold:

Ahh! Parking for this building is horrible. 10,000 employees work in the building and they do NOT have enough spots for all of them (I forget how many they told us there were) and then you've got visitors coming in (like my training class!). It's atrocious!

They're saying to make sure you get the scrapers for your car and bring your plants in! :guilty:

Worst part about this building is that we don't even have visitor passes so we can't get in ANY of the doors. You have to have an ID badge to open ANY door. You even have to have an ID badge to get into the hallway where my training class is... from the main building. Crazy stuff. So you stand outside awhile until someone who doesn't care lets you in.

Geesh, you'd think they'd give you a temporary door badge....

:confused3 YIKES GUYS....NINE PAGES since I was last here...and we're DONE cruising! Go figure!!!

Now to play catch up! (This 40 second rule is going to kill me! :badpc: )

You'd think.

Then maybe the whole fact that the badges (I assume) are used for Security and the employees are so used to people like us not having badges, that they let anyone in.

They might be more careful with other areas. I don't know.
The rooms that have the really important stuff (stock brockers, people watching bank teller screens, etc) have to be scanned individually to get inside of them..

Still. A temp badge? How hard is that?

Sure, those tests are wrong all the time. My first child it came up negative, so I got a flu shot. Now I joke with my husband that it's a family tradition--his mom thought he was the flu, too.

I apologize for being crude, but are your breasts sore? That was the first sign of pregnancy for me--very, very tender breasts. I couldn't sleep without a bra at all.

Then again Erica....you could be like me. I never ever had any syptoms with my first two. That's why I never believed I was pregnant. Now with Teia, I had morning sickness. But with the boys, I never felt a thing. In the beginning, I always felt like I was about to get my period, but I never did! :goodvibes I loved being pregnant, it was such an amazing feeling!

Smart girl!!

:scratchin hmm, what else can I post about??? :teeth:

C'mon Patsy, let's keep posting!

It's kinda a pain to get you a badge now. Your sup has to request it through security and then you'd eventually receive it.
