:yay: I'm baaaaaaack! Did y'all miss me?

I've learned never to travel to Florida during hurricane season again! I'm a nervous flyer under any circumstances and yesterday was NOT FUN! My flight out of Orlando was delayed two hours because the flight crew couldn't get there from Miami because of lightening strikes! Add to that the fact that Magical Express got us to the airport two and a half hours before we were scheduled to board, and that was a whoooole lot of time in the airport. And oh my gosh, Orlando has practically no shops in the airport once you're through security! Then it was a really bumpy flight and we missed our connection! But AA really took care of us, they rebooked us on a new flight leaving only an hour after we arrived--which of course meant a dash for the gate and gulping down dinner before boarding. Then that flight was really bumpy! I was scared silly.

And oh my gosh! WDW was totally overwhelming. We didn't do everything and we were there for 8 days! We're going to need some time to unwind from our vacation. :faint:

I see you guys have been busy...I have 70 pages to read! I guess I'd better get started!
I am glad you made it back safe. :thumbsup2

I just read this at ALLEARSNET

Disney Cruise Line News -- Beginning October 2006, all staterooms will be stocked with H2O Plus Spa bath and shower products. In addition, all cabins will also be upgraded to Sealy Posturepedic Premium Plush Euro-top mattresses, new pillows and Frette 300 thread-count, 100 percent Egyptian cotton linens. Larger, more luxurious bath towels and bath sheets are being added to all stateroom bathrooms, as well.

I thought the bed and sheets were the most comfortable I've ever slept in!

LOL I knew some of that! I loved the lotion so much that I looked for it to buy it, but all they had was the H2O. So my husband asked our stateroom host, and he said that they were switching over to the H2O and getting rid of the stuff that I loved. But he gave me a TON of the lotion to take with me! Yay! (That should last me about a month. :lmao: )

I'm glad you are home safe and sound. Guess you had a e-ticket of your won getting home. Wow, we were at the MK on the 8th and it was dead. We were laughing about how we had to wait 5 minutes (rarely) for a ride. Then, we went to Epcot and it wasn't bad there either until after 6pm when the MK vistiors came over.

Did you just do MK or other parks too that made your visit crazy? AK...etc...? You'll have to excuse me, I'm  .

There was a thread about the H2O products on the cruise forum and there's no Disney characters on them. :(. Glad you got a bunch of lotions to take with you. :thumbsup2

Females aren't as common as the males. The males are very pretty and flamboyant, but the females are really very plain. (--->loves Bettas)

Hey, off on a tangent...I was just watching Patsy's video of Pirate Night, and if the video went just a little bit more up and to the right you would have seen me and my daughter dancing to Safety Dance. :rotfl:

I kept looking for my youngest dd, My MIL and me in her video too. We were at the far end of where Patsy was. I kept telling the screen. pan more to the other end, pan more to the other end! You know, kinda like watching a football game, baseball game, you get the idea.

DAWN- It was very nice meeting you and your family. I'm sure your dh understands your DIS/DCL/Disney obsession, but how about the kids? One night I got a funny look from your son. Poor guy. ....wait, is that how my son's going to think of me when he gets preteen age? I better start conditioning him now!

Very cool Patsy, I love this shot!

I took Teia to a birthday party today. The mom who threw the party was talking to another mom about how much they hated DCL! She had asked if I liked it and of course I went on and on about how awesome it was. Then these two moms kept complaining about how they'd never go back, it was so awful, blah blah blah. I almost cried. Here I'm getting all wishy washy because it's been two weeks and I miss it all and they are bashing it! UGGGGH! :furious:
