Man.. Bank Work is boring.

I sat on my butt today and read a Newsweek I found in the lobby from May..

May I ask, what exactly are you doing work wise? Ya, better than smelling like BK.

REM- its the end of the world as we know it.... :dancer:

We dropped off MIL at the airport earlier this evening... She's such a help when she's here. I get some free time.... :woohoo:

After leaving the airport, my DH starts talking about how he looked at last minute crusises from/to various destinations. Then, after having dinner, he revealed to me that he looked on his work website for job openings in FL. I sqeeled REALLY?! He didn't see any open postions (yet)...Geesh it sure would be nice to be close to the parks, ocean, the ships again.... I'd be on cloud :cloud9:

I would miss you but would be so delighted that you were there!!

When I grow up I want to work at Disney World. :yay: I would even be a litter-picker-upper. Whenever I say that the teenagers are incredulous, they think that I am grown up already--heck, I am only 57. :rolleyes1

As we cruised by Downtown Disney one night, my dh pointed out to the Disney training building and said Tae you could get a job here..... I wanna be Mulan.....or one of her little followers from Mulan II

Well. I go to work.. and I enter a couple trillion codes to get back behind the counter. And I get in the vault and get my drawers and then I put them in MY vault at my station and I log in.. and I sit. For a long time. I occassionally deposit some money, make some Chase CC payments, cash some checks.. and make sure I don't go over my limit, which I don't really have to do because the computer keeps track for me and tells me when I need to sell some of my money out..

Tiny, tiny, TINY branch. 5 tellers. 2 Personal Bankers. 2 Managers. 2 Customer Service people.

Thats it.. haha. That is all of us. We're sooo slow.

I'm turning in early y'all... :cloud9: post ya'll later!

Great pics, LCTsMom - isn't it strange to be taking photos of every sign, carpet, dinner plate, and bathroom fixture?!? :thumbsup2 I just can't help it! Nice family pics, too. Did you scan your professional Disney pics or did you get a CD of them?

I see that you visited the Nassau Pirate Museum. I have considered going twice now, but was reluctant to spend the $$ so I have not visited. Can you tell us if you found it interesting, worth the price, and anything that made it remarkable? The Articles of 1723 contract was interesting. I won't "neglect my business" alright! And I am curious about rule #9.... :bride: pirate:
Glad you enjoyed the pictures. My non-Disney cruising friends don't understand why I would possibly take pictures of an elevator or carpeting. I was in awe of the beauty of the ship, they just don't get it. ;) I scanned the professional pictures from the cruise, I'll probably use one for my Christmas card this year.

The Pirate Museum was pretty cool. It isn't a huge place but it was a nice way to spend some time in Nassau. We had a group ranging in age from 2 to 75 and everyone seemed to like it. Nothing stood out about it, but it was fun. We like pirates so it worked for us. If you look at my pictures you've pretty much seen it all. :teeth:

O.k., who said they could resize an image? Could you work your magic fingers for me and resize this for my avatar?

and this one if possible?

And I can't remember the exact line, what does mom say Bob! A little intervention here or some thing?

Taeja: Here is a 90x100 IncrediGirl Avatar that you can right-click and save. Your Neon Mickey can be enlarged, but is then too big a file for the filter to accept.

LCTsMom: Thanks for the review! I would think it rather difficult for the Museum to compete with Disney...

Jan!

I just saw your post on Erica's trip report that you were snorkeling on Serenity Bay..

Michael and I went to Serenity Bay for about twenty minutes and went out as far as we thought we had time for.. and asked some lady who was snorkeling (with an underwater Kodak camera) to take our picture... might that of been you, I wonder?!

Good ideas I will try that. Although we don't have all the gadgets that a lot of family's have. No portable DVD. No IPODS We do have Game-boys but that is it. I know deprived kids. Actually Emily is too little to ask and Kristin has never really asked. So far!

Why didn't I see this post or Logans other post last night, geesh I would've replied to it!....I blame it on the DIS.

Game boy---take the game boy out of the picture for a while....Get those cheap hand held games too like simon or there's so many hand held games that kids can play in vehicles these days (My ds has mission command).

:thanks: Maleficent, esq. :thanks: My new avatar will be coming soon to a post near you..... popcorn::

Happy Friday every one!

Dawn, are you home yet?

Kerry, where are you ? Are you still buried in paperwork?

Mexican Mousketeer are you out there?

Bill, where's Bill?

Where are the rest of you? How are the rest of you? We miss you! :flower3:

I wonder if your DH has looked into jobs at WDW. They have GOT to have computer people there and that is what he does, right?
