I don't know... for the most part, everything seemed like a big deal. When my first cruise was changed to the 11 night, I was the one who told my TA. She knew nothing about it. When I asked for the SPH rooms, she had no idea what that was, I had to give her actual room numbers. Tammy used her as well, she kept screwing up Tammy's name and all kinds of important details about her trip. Then, the first TA retired and nobody ever told us. Tammy called one day and she wasn't there. They had our paperwork stacked up on someone's desk, trying to decide who would get which client. It was a mess. I got a great rate through them but it was also because I booked very early and knew what i wanted. I liked the idea that it was my local AAA office but I see now that isn't always the best reason to book with them.
