We have to have a vacation in 2008 or lose the points. It was either a 7 day cruise or WDW. But if you are going on a cruise then we'll do the cruise!!!!!!!
That'd be totally awesome! We really want to do a 7 night, and the only way we can afford it is if we book it far in advance and pay it off. (It will give me something to look forward to, I'm so bummed that our cruise is over. )I can't wait to see the 2008 rates! I wish they'd come out already. Holy moly, that was like pulling teeth. First she gave me one set of numbers ,then said that we were in the system twice and gave me a different set of numbers. Basically, I don't know what the heck is going on (which has been typical with my cruise ressies all along.purplern said:

I don't know. She asked me if I booked more than once and I said no. The only thing I could think of was that we were originally scheduled to sail on that cruise that turned into an 11 night. Maybe when we were bumped, AAA canceled us and then booked us on a new reservation for our cruise. Maybe that caused us to be in the system twice? Who knows. Everything with AAA was mixed up.purplern said:
I don't know... for the most part, everything seemed like a big deal. When my first cruise was changed to the 11 night, I was the one who told my TA. She knew nothing about it. When I asked for the SPH rooms, she had no idea what that was, I had to give her actual room numbers. Tammy used her as well, she kept screwing up Tammy's name and all kinds of important details about her trip. Then, the first TA retired and nobody ever told us. Tammy called one day and she wasn't there. They had our paperwork stacked up on someone's desk, trying to decide who would get which client. It was a mess. I got a great rate through them but it was also because I booked very early and knew what i wanted. I liked the idea that it was my local AAA office but I see now that isn't always the best reason to book with them.purplern said:
