Here's another topic I'm not sure about. I was seasick

on a dive boat ONCE, in the Keys. I think it was the smell of the fumes that got me. I have been on boats since then with no problem....big boats, little boats, I was even married on a boat. I don't know...that one episode scared me to death but I don't want to take stuff if I don't need to

. Such a dilemma.

How long does continuous sunscreen last? Longer than 4 or maybe 6 hours? My purchasing powers are getting warm to this possible purchase....

regarding continuous sunscreens... d'oh me . I need to get away from the screen. sorry... You were talking about the suncreen your dh reps for and mentioned continuous. Is it really continuous and for how long?

I think continuous means it sprays continuously and evenly not how long it lasts. Right?

Jumping in, hope I am not out of place:
We use the continuous spray regularly, it's the only thing the boys will use. It's a very light aerosol mist that covers evenly. It's kind of a stiff feeling when it dries on the skin, DD HATES it. The boys like that it goes on clear in one shot. It lasts as long as any typical sunscreen. If you sweat a lot or are in the water, it is best to keep reapplying it. It's better to spray it on dry skin than wet so it adheres. The biggest downfall to using it is that there's not as much in the can as you think. I will probably bring two or three cans with me so we don't run out. Wal Mart has it for under $7. a can. The Banana Boat spray isn't the same as the Coppertone. It's not a clear aerosol, it's like a white creamy spray. We prefer the Coppertone. If you have any other questions, ask away. We swear by the stuff!

ETA: I wil still bring traditional lotion for their faces.

Very true, good point! We always apply it outside on our patio. It makes a mess on the floor in the house, it sprays everywhere. By applying it outside we avoid two problems.

no problem! i'm thinking about doing it too! i'm getting down friday night. it just depends on whether or not i want to be up early enough to run at 7am that day. i'll have to see what my flight is and what kind of sleep i'll be getting thursday night if i do do it. cause i will need to run at some point that day, why not do that?

yeah i like the old luggage tags. they're more fun looking. i'll have to find mine from the last cruise and take a picture of it. but don't get your hopes too high, i'm not sure how exciting you'll find them

I designed a bunch of different door signs but I'm not sure if I'll bother printing them up and bringing them. The threads where people keep commenting on how they're getting stolen has made me skeptical about even bringing them.
