It was! I turned 18 in Hawaii for my high school graduation and 21 for my honeymoon and that was the last time I have been. We were either going to do this or Hawaii. I am glad we picked this.
Lucky!! My dad lived in Hawaii around the age of 10.
I want to study abroad in Australia, and I was talking it over with my advisor yesterday and she said they also had a program where I could go to Hawaii. Now it's two hard decisions in one! Do I want to study abroad and when...and do I wanna study in Hawaii or Australia?! Why do these life decisions have to be so hard? :rotfl:

I guess I forgive him, since he does all of the icky jobs.....like mowing, edging, trimming, taking the garbage out, and spider/wasp removal. :teeth:

awwwwwww! he sounds like a good hubby. For me there still would have been angst. There is not much about cleaniless or uncleanliness that bothers me but the kitchen always hits a nerve.

Glad to see you have a keeper! ;)

BBL I have soccer practice tonight until 7:00 and pictures and a carnival tomorrow and a soccer game on Sunday. This does not leave a lot of time for packing and cleaning.

I vote Australia! (do I get a vote? :lmao: ) I have been to Hawaii and it's beautiful but it is much more affordable to travel there vs. the down under. You can always go to Hawaii later.

Hi TaeJa!! How did the trip to Michael's go?

No crayola fabric pens at Michaels, or Jo Anns, or Target. I did find another brand of permenant fabric markers at JOAnns called Marvy. They had a fine tip, a normal tip, and I think an even thicker tip too. I bought fine tip, but I think its too fine. They were $6.29 on sale. They don't bleed. I tested an old nice pillowcase and it looks nice. They had vibrant colors and muted colors. I went for vibrant. There are six pens in this set and I think there were five in the normal tip set. Thanks for reminding me Kerry. I'm so ditzy.

Lori,
I think you leave Monday and I have a lot to accomplish this weekend so I might miss you. Have a safe trip and don't forget to pack the DIS meet schedule. Can't wait to meet you and your family on board! :grouphug:

Yeah no doubt. I don't do well in humidity.

If its really hot and humid, it might/could feel like you never stepped out of the shower. *blech*

This is an extremely good point (and yes you do get a vote! :rotfl: ). Plus...there was talk of going to Hawaii next summer. Although, regrettably, we will not make it next summer, but maybe it will be somewhere in the near future? And then I get to see both islands! :teeth: Plus I like Aussie accents. ;) :teeth:

Thanks! I will still look at my places just in case. At least there is a back up. Do you think the regular tipped would be okay?
