Disney Wonder - October 14, 2012 - Hawaii

:thumbsup2:banana:

this one will be fun.. let the planning begin..

is there transport from DL to the port?? Airport to DL?? where to stay??

I am thinking of MNSSHP before hand at DL.. wanna join me??

I'm so excited to say that we will be on this cruise :) It'll be myself, my husband and our daughter (7).

We booked this morning. It will be myself, my DH and my DD, who will be 7 when we cruise. This will be our second Disney cruise, our first was the May 31 Alaskan. Traveling to the port will be so much easier this time. Instead of several days driving to Vancouver, we'll have an hour boat ride and a five-minute walk.

Welcome, welcome welcome.:wave2: The more the merrier.

So we have decided to fly out Friday, spend a day at DL and then head to the ship.:cool1: I am already excited and I have 384 days to go. :lmao:

Thanks for all the congrats. I look forward to getting to know everyone and compulsively planning. :)

We haven't been to Disneyland, and are thinking of adding a day to at least pop in and enjoy a few things in the parks. Perhaps we will meet several of you at DL before the cruise!

I may check in on our April cruisers' thread to see what I need to be worrying about already. :rotfl2:

welcome to all those that booked today..:thumbsup2

gonna be a great trip..

We are gonning to fly Friday and will be at DL Friday nite ( or DTD) and then Sat at the parks..and Sunday to cruise..i am getting very excited..

Woo Hoo! Booked this morning!!

Hubby and I have been talking about going back to Hawaii next year to celebrate our 30th Anniversary - but he was not thrilled with the idea of flying from NJ. When we received this email about the cruise, and it starts 2 days before our Anniversary ( on Oct 16th ) it seems like it was meant to be!

Booked a GTY Cat 9C with Dreams Unlimited!! This will be our 4th DCL cruise - and the 1st on the Wonder ( prev. were Eastern/Western/Mediterranean on the Magic) Was hoping to sail on one of the new ships -but can't pass this up!

We just got back from my 50th B'day trip to WDW last week - and I started to go through withdrawls - Now I can wait to start planning for this trip!!

My husband and I booked yesterday. This will be my 4th Disney Cruise and his 3rd. So looking forward to those relaxing days at sea and seeing Hawaii again. We have not been there as a couple since our honeymoon 17 years ago. Looking forward to the year of planning.

I have added your thread to the cruise meet list :thumbsup2

Have a great cruise!

We switched from April to this one! We will be gold this cruise. We are planning a 2 night stay in San Fran and 1 night precruise at DL if I can get it on points. We are also DVC members but not cruising on points.

Whoo hoooo, we going to Hawaii... :woohoo:

Booked last friday, when I got an email from a cruisemate. Driving down from the Bay Area so not sure what we are going to do before the cruise; but we are thinking of staying at least one night afterwards near Disneyland for MNSSHP or actual Halloween.

Got a year to plan... Since we aren't using DVC points for the cruise we have lots of options: DVC stay, Worldmark Timeshare, Holiday Inn Chain (using Orangelake timeshare points).

Since it is a 14night cruise to Hawaii, think we will pick the PhotoCD option on-board and make it a Photo Cruise and get all the photos we can for that one price. :)

Also, Since I haven't seen it yet (other than the placeholder) sign my wife and I up for the FE list:

2112 - ppartekem - 2 - Mike, Holly

PS. I volunteer to maintain the Master list and post it to my website like I am doing for our current Oct 30th Dream cruise if no one else is doing it. :)

We will be onboard as well! 1st time cruisers, but really looking forward to it.
