Disney Wonder Nov 27, 2011

Designer Destinations,
I live in Huntington Beach so just about 10-15 up the road

Dramamama, Anthony seems suspicious but it will be here before he figures it out.

I couldn't get my daughter to do her part of the check in so I couldn't get to the arrival time tab. So I finally just filled it out for her and just added her to my onboard credit account just to get to the arrival tab so we ended up with 11:30.

The only problem now is she doesn't want to change her onboard account to her own credit card, she said she likes me being responsible for it :scared1:

Can't go back to sleep. It was between reading the boards or laundry. I guess you know who won. I'm just unpacking from DL and I have to start for the cruise. Plus get my plans together for work.

I love traveling. I love to pack and prepare to travel. I hate the unpacking and I hate the prep and cleanup from work when I'm gone. I wish I could just leave work and not worry.

The one good thing about cruising is that work can't contact me.

I'm right there with you. Why is it so much more fun to organize and pack for the trip but a dread to unpack and re-organize. :confused3

I'm facing a packing/organizing challange with this upcoming trip/trips. DF, Shirley and I will arrive in LA the day after Thanksgiving to pick up DD, Georgette at LAX before the cruise. We are meeting up with DS and family on Sat. (he's in the Navy and is stationed in San Diego) We join all of you on the Wonder for the next 7 days. When we depart the ship, we'll head back to the condo in anaheim for 2 days at Disneyland. DD will fly back to VA on Wednesdaqy and I need to stay at LAX airport in order to catch my flight Thursday am for the Bahamas. I will spend the next 3 days experiencing both Sandals and Beaches Resorts as well as their private island for a TA familiaztion Trip. Once back at LAX Friday night, it's back to Anaheim for a 4 day Union Executive Council. So I am literally packing for three different trips in one. The only saving grace is by staying in the timeshare between, I can do laundry and send some of my stuff back with Shirley when she drives back. If I had to try to get everything to 2 check-in bags for the airport I would be in trouble. :worship:
I'm in Sacramento this weekend with DSL trying to find a dress for my youngest son's wedding Nov. 5 Oh yeah another trip :scared1:
Disney.Take me AWAY......

I was exhausted just reading about it. But it sounds like an exciting and challenging trip. I would be up for the challenge, I just wouldn't want to do the post trip let down.

Are you adding pirate costumes to the confusion? I'm trying to figure out how to do it without the children knowing. If I don't bring them, I'll never hear the end of it. If I get them out of their rooms, they may notice. :scared1:

Dramamama make the pirate costume the last thing you pack like go grab them on the way out the door just say your double checking lights are off or something and they go wait in the car also pack the costumes in your bags not the kids :)

Greetings from the Canadian Cruisers! We are in the FE round (thanks for the update Steve) and you can find us in Cabin 2110.

We are arriving for an 11:30 port time.

My kids are huge Phineas and Ferb fans, does anyone know if they have anything on the cruise in that realm?

Living vicariously through your counters on here. Love counting down the days until the office will be come a distant memory, however brief!

Look forward to meeting you all. We sound like a great group!

Mabdad

I'd still like to know what everyone has planned for Puerto Vallarta and Cabo! We booked the Yelapa and Majahuitas tour for PV after consulting with the very nice people on the TripAdvisor forum for Puerto Vallarta. It seems like Las Caletas is more popular, but also more expensive. I'm just excited to show my kids "the jungle". If anyone is thinking about doing a zip line thing, I fully recommend Los Veranos Canopy Tours. http://www.canopytours-vallarta.com/ We went with them 2 years ago and had a blast!

In Cabo, we plan to go snorkeling from Lover's Beach. You can get a water taxi at the marina that will drop you off and pick you up, and even take you to see the arch at "Land's End". Not sure what we'll do on the second Cabo Day.

Tell me what you're doing!:yay:
