Hi Everyone! This will be our 9th cruise. My Husband, myself and our 10yr old daughter. Has anyone set up the FE List yet???? SO excited!!!!!

Ok, Fish Extenders, usually someone starts a list(I noticed that BundyFamily has offered to start the list). You sign up with your cabin number and who is in your can, names and names/ages of children. Then on the cruise, you exchange gifts with the people on the list. Do you have an extender to hang outside your room? If not you can google images of the actual extenders. I have sewed ours, but if you are not a crafty person, there are people who also make and sell the actual extenders.

If you have any more questions, please ask. I am in no way an expert, but certainly willing to help. We have been cruising Disney since my daughter was 2 1/2 and now she is 10, so we do know a few things. Probably tons of people who know a lot more. We learn something new every cruise we go on lol

We are really excited about this cruise. I'm crafty, but I don't sew. I just bought our FE from someone on esty. I got to pick the colors and design. I can't wait to see the finished product. Again, it will be me, my husband and our two kids, my son who will be 6 and our daughter who will be 4 1/2. My parents are also going and they would love to participate in the FE too. It's such a fun idea! Please let me know what I need to do to be included.

You are going to be hooked and I am certain you will get on the list too! I have seen all kinds of gifts - they can be as small or large as you like, personalized or not. Some people like to gift candy for kids and little bottles of alcohol for adults (so make sure to note if you do NOT want that!). We've gotten little ice cream kits to use with the machines on board (sprinkles and toppings and such) travel mugs with the cruise date and name on it, cup holders, CD mixes, first aid kits, small toys, magnets, pens, pirate themed decorations/hankies/eye patches for pirate night, highlighters and notebooks, all kinds of things! The only limit is your imagination, budget and luggage space! Typically you gift to each cabin on your list, not just one family, but its always up to each group to decide what they wish to do. Some will do individual gifts and some will do a cabin gift. Maybe the person who is doing the list knows for sure?

HI Eric Fan! The person hosting the list will know for sure what all they need, but you'll definitely want to share your cabin number with them at the very least once you know it, and keep them in the loop if that changes for any reason!

Hi all! Wow, I haven't been on the DIS Boards since our 2007 Magic Eastern vacation! This will be our 10th cruise, second on Disney, and our very first cruise with our son who will be 2.5. I know, it's a bit young, but I've been clawing the walls to get back on a ship after two years of being a stay at home mom. So thrilled that Disney is still (barely) leaving out of California ports!

Boyfriend and I are extremely anxious for this mini vacay, and cannot wait to partake in all activities including Fish Extenders! It's just the two of us, and is our first ever cruise (of course had to be Disney)!

OK So I am editing this original message as I did not realize that Google Docs could not be used for FE......Sorry about that. It was used for my past FE cruises.

HI All! My family was on the 2 day and 3 day last year May. We did both of them back to back. We also did the 2 day to no where 2 years ago. If anyone has any question, I would be happy to try to answer them.

Also, since no one has said they would do the FE list, I can do it. Will be my first time compiling the list, but I am game to give it a shot! Being my 9th cruise you would think I could handle it LOL

So, if you wish to join the FE List you can click on the link below(or copy and paste) to the GOOGLE Doc I created and add your information. This is a Live Document. If we start getting too many people on the list, we can certainly start a 2nd list. I will let everyone know numbers of participants as we go along. Please all bare with me, as this is my first time coordinating this list.
