Oh my goodness!! Just a quick introduction here (I'm Jenn). This is my second DCL cruise - first time through the canal - and I just stumbled upon this place by searching for "fish extenders". I think we're going to sign up. Also might sign up for some private tastings if there's still room. Anyway, just wanted to drop a line and say hi! I'll be sailing with my partner (Jason) and we can't wait!! We've been booked since February just counting down the days!

Ron and I (Lynn) are signed up for a few Disney excursions - nothing too exciting.

I will be lurking on this Forum a bit as DW, DS13+ and I just finished the Baltic Cruise on the Magic and we signed up for EBPC during Aug-Sep'16 (at usual DCL re-booking discounts)

We are "on the fence" regarding whether we actually want to go. We love DCL and my wife will be "Platinum" (DS & I are "Gold") and I seek some of the more interesting itineraries . . . but the warm weather and very brief port days don't make the trip as attractive as it otherwise might be.

I welcome any of your thoughts. Thanks.

I just booked yesterday. By the time the cruise gets here it will be number DCL #26! It is true that there are fewer and less interesting ports, but it's a Disney Cruise!

Just booked this cruise about 24 hours ago! Talk about procrastinators! It's me, Jenny, Hubby Troy and 6 year old son Alex. We're coming from the Phoenix area. How many other folks have first graders coming along on this cruise? I'll be looking at the rest of this forum tomorrow, just wanted to introduce myself and my family to the group.

We've done 2 previous Disney Cruises. Both to Alaska. 1st in September, then the next June. Loved it so much, but decided to check out the PC cruise this year.

Welcome everyone! We have a lot of fun things being planned. I think the private tastings signups are closing this weekend, but we still have two open bar events and afternoon tea. Lots of exchanges being planned: FE, ornament, postcard, candy, recipe, pen/pencil, and door magnets. There's also a pajama breakfast and the meet and greet being planned on the ship and a pre-cruise meetup at Disneyland for those of you going to visit before the cruise. And for the kids, door to door trick or treating the day before we go through the canal and there's a penpal exchange going on so the kids can get to know each other. If you have teens, they have their own separate group setup to chat. There's also a shirt available with orders closing 9/6, luggage tags, pins, buttons, magnets and silicone wristbands available for purchase.

Just booked! This will be #11 for us, but first PC for us! Only half of our family will be on this one due to school! It will be me(mom), my son(20, although he has autism so he's really a kid) Daughter(18) and her boyfriend(19). We're GTY status so far. We signed up for all FE groups on the link on page 1. Is that correct? Can't wait to meet everyone!!

Anyone going to Disneyland before the cruise? We are thinking of going the day before the cruise and spending just that night and then driving to San Diego morning of the cruise. Any hotel recommendations outside the park? Thanks!! So happy to be going on this cruise. We did the 2005 Panama Canal cruise and had a blast!! Can't wait to do it again!!

There are a few families going to Disneyland pre-cruise, and also to attend Disneyland's MNSSHP. There are lots of accommodations outside the park but they are filling up. Fairfield Inn, Howard Johnsons, Candy Cane are all walkable. Looking forward to meeting you on the cruise.

Hi Michele. I feel like we cruised together before! We booked the Ramada Maingate. Hotel says it has construction going on but we only plan to sleep there. Will be spending all day and night at DL/CA. Not sure if we are doing MNSSHP yet. I know DL closes at 6:00 pm to hold the party so we may just head over to CA for the rest of the night. We are flying into LAX from EWR. Land about 10:00 am on the 22nd and then heading right to DL (renting a car and returning in San Diego on the 23rd).

My BIL and SIL just booked today and will be joining us!!!
