Disney Wonder Eastbound Panama Canal - October 2015

Yes, the afternoon tea is preferably adults only, late teens may be an exception. The younger kids should have their own tea party of cookies and juice with the characters.
So is the younger kids tea being planned at the same time or are we dropping them off at the kid's club?

I'm trying to order the ditch certificate and it wants you to upload a list of names. How do you do that?

Type up a list of names in Microsoft Word and upload the file would be the simplest.

If you'd like to save some money, you could just do a certificate for the whole family instead of individual. Also, DCL gives each person a certificate. It's not as fancy as the Order of the Ditch one, but if it's not a must have, I think it's a good alternative. Mickey Mouse signs it. :)

Ok, I think that I'll be interested in the tea. It sounds nice. Do I just tell you here or do I have sign up somewhere special for it?
Thanks for being patient with all my questions LOL

The adults tea is $9 per person and you can paypal me at [ the.mariecat@gmail.com ]. Make sure you keep November 2 at 4 PM open for it. This event is prepaid before we even get on the ship, so refunds are not available.

I forgot to mention that the kids tea party is actually free, but you have to grab tickets for it, seating is limited.

Oh and I talked to my husband and he would be interested in the open bar thing. Do I pay you for that as well?

Yes, I'm organizing that one, too. Same deal as afternoon tea, I have to pay for it beforehand, so it's going to be non-refundable. Since I don't have the time or date set for the second one, please keep your schedule flexible if you want both. There hasn't been a decision made yet as to which one will be the premium or signature selection.

Yes we want the oct 27 for sure and can you get both the signature and premium for $33 and of course the tea

Oh so when would you know? We would want both for $33 for two adults on the 27th of October and the tea for two. So when do I pay you? Do you have to find out first what type of bar you're going to have first?

Just so we're clear, the first open bar will be the premium menu and the second open bar will be the signature menu, so the $33 per person covers two events. If you only want the 10/27 event, it would be $14 or $19 per person.

I am taking votes from the people who are only booking one event, which menu selection they prefer, to help decide which day gets premium/signature. Since you only want to book 10/27, you can tell me what your preference is, the premium ($14) or the signature ($19).

I'm hoping to find out the last date within the next week, but I have to submit the headcount very soon, so we may not find out before than.

We'll do the premium bar :flower:

Okay, so $28 for the two of you for open bar, plus $9 per person for afternoon tea. I'm not sure if your husband is joining you for tea, so that's $37 or $46 total. Please send money by PayPal today: [ the.mariecat@gmail.com ]

Oh and where do I get the tickets for the children's tea?

I searched the forum quickly and I'm not sure if they still have them, or if they do, if you needs tickets anymore. You can try go to guest services when you get on the ship and ask them about it.

That's a bummer, do you think that they still have tickets?:guilty:

Ok I just sent it, let me know when you receive it.

Got it, thanks!

In a thread on the recent WBPC, someone said families with kids 17 and under received a private invitation for a tea party with Ariel. Perhaps they'll do something like this for our EBPC cruise as well. Best thing you can do is ask guest services about it when you board.

What are the private tastings? How does that work? They are different slots to sign up under different drinks, but there isn't a date? Does somebody contact after you sign up?

Got it, thanks!
