Sorry we kind of fell off the earth there for a while Had a few life changing events. We are back on track now and still going on this cruise: Yea!!!!!
We are Russ (81), Rusty (55), Debbie (53), Katina (41), Kacie (22), and Ashley (18). I hope we aren't too late to join a group. This will be our 2nd time joining an FE group so I feel a little more confident.

For anyone that is interested-we found a company that provides wheelchairs and scooters to the major cruise lines. They will deliver the scooter to our cabin on embark day and get it from the cabin on disembark day which will allow our son the use of it for the 14 day cruise

Unfortunately because of how lousy the canadian dollar is doing we have had to cancel our trip on the Panama Cruise. we were really looking forward to it. Maybe we'll see you another time!

We were going to do Land, but it is just cheaper for us to go to the port instead of trying to do Land as well.

Are you planning on staying on or off property?
I'm hoping for free dining for early September ^_^

Yes we will be staying at our home resort Animal Kingdom! We also thought about The land before the cruise,but WDW seems to be the easy way to go!!!

I saw on a Navigator from last year that the cruise had "cruise casual or Mustache attire" did anyone else spot that? And what exactly does it mean????

Sounds pretty interesting to me! Maybe we will finally make it to the movies on board this time. 15 cruises and we have yet to watch a movie.

Another reason cruises are so fabulous. So much to do and something for everyone! We love the movies and being able to enjoy them on the cruise is one of my favorite things.

The cruise is coming up so quick now! I'm excited, but nervous. The kids need new passports and I'm finally getting around to dieting so I'll feel less like a beached whale!

I had a triple foot surgery on my right foot the day before New Year's Eve, so I've been stuck in bed. Hoping to get permission from my surgeon to start walking and driving and all that good stuff next Monday. I've already stopped taking pain pills.

I need to be allowed to walk and drive so I can haul myself to the gym, lol!

Also: SUPER excited about the FE! The first few sample pieces finally arrived and they look even better than I'd dared to dream! Trying to keep the surprise, but it's hard!

I guess you will be staying there post cruise, right? Wish we could too, but I need to go back to work 2 days after getting back to Port Canaveral, so we will take good care of your home resort before the cruise. We have been to AKL before but never stayed at Kidani and are so looking forward to it.

I had not seen that, even though I had looked through the Navigators. I have a friend who was on the same cruise last year and I emailed her, but she cannot recall anything about it. Maybe it was not even offered on her cruise. Should be fun to find out.

Another reason cruises are so fabulous. So much to do and something for everyone! We love the movies and being able to enjoy them on the cruise is one of my favorite things.

I am hoping that with so many sea days we might actually make it to the movies one day. But then Tom always carries a lot of movies on his computer and we just hook it up to the TV. Very comfortable to lie down on the bed and watch the movie.
But watching one in the movie theatre is high on my priority list for this cruise.

Yes, it is coming up super quickly now. For us it is just 6 months away, as we will be leaving here 3 weeks prior to the cruise.
Thanks for reminding me about the passports. I just checked and ours are good for our March vacation, but we'll need new ones for the summer.

We are working on it as well. There are quite a few more ideas popping up again and again. Guess we will have to make our mind up sooner rather than later or ALL our luggage will be filled with FE stuff.

You could be on to something here. I wonder if they hand out the mustaches like they do with the bandanas or is everyone bringing a fake one.
