This will be our first cruise as a family. It will be hubby, me and our two girls 8 and 6.
Hubby and I cruised on our honeymoon, RC Jewel of the Seas to the Balkans, and havent cruised again so we are very excited and for all intents and purposes we are first timers

My mom and dad might join us too, but they think its just too far away to worry about it,hahaha.

Yea! Thanks for starting this marivigi! It will be myself, my dh, dd8 (her golden birthday on day 1 of the cruise) and ds3. It will be our first cruise. I have been wanting to go on a Disney cruise for SO long. DH is on board with it, but going to Alaska is the bigger draw for him. My kids don't know about the cruise. We will likely tell them as we arrive for embarkation

DH, DS (17) and I will be joining you all on this cruise.

This will be the third cruise for DH and myself and second for DS. DH and I are doing the EBPC so I won't be doing too much planning for this cruise until after that one.

Our cruise seems a long ways away now but it will be here before we know it!

My DW and I booked this cruise 3 weeks ago while we were doing a 7 night Western Caribbean cruise on the Magic. This will be our 11th Disney cruise and our 7th time on the Wonder. This will be our first cruise to Alaska. We really enjoyed cruising on the Wonder and we missed her when she started doing the west coast cruises. We are so looking forward to this vacation. Alaska has always been on both of our bucket lists. It's a long way off and pretty far from our home state of Connecticut but we are looking forward to it. Can't wait!

Where is everyone coming from? We live just outside of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada so we will be driving to Vancouver.

We will be coming from the suburbs of Dallas Tx! Using our southwest points to fly to Seattle. Planning to do some sightseeing in Seattle and Vancouver in addition to the cruise, which will be an amazing way to escape the Texas heat for 2 weeks!

My DW and I just couldn't pass this up.
Being we live 25 minutes from New York City I called DCL and booked the 7-night New York to Castaway Cay and Disney World cruise for October of 2016. We had sailed out of New York when DCL did the Canada cruises and we loved it. We are sorry we can't join you this time. Alaska is still on our bucket list but we will be doing it at a later date...

I just found out that my sisters family is booking on this cruise as well, so we will now be a party of 12!

We are also booked!! It will be myself, DH and DD13 at the time of sailing. We've only done a Dream Double Dip and Magic Southern Caribbean. Alaska is also on our bucket list so we are very much looking forward to this adventure! Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Hi all! We're also from hot and sunny Texas (Austin) and this will be our third Disney Cruise. It will be me, my DH and our DD who will be 8. (Just turned 7.)

We're thinking we are also going to come up ahead of time and sight see. Possibly flying into Seattle, visiting with my bro-in-law (DH's brother) who lives in Seattle and then renting a car and driving to Vancouver, staying there for a couple of days before the trip. We'll probably fly back directly out of Vancouver.

This will be our first ever cruise. (DH and I always said, we'd only do a cruise if it was to Alaska...and then I discovered DCL does Alaska and we are BIG Disney fans!) Our girls will be 16 and 12 on the trip. We're from Massachusetts.

I signed up with DCL to get updates on our cruise and received this email today:

For Guests sailing on the July 25, 2016, and August 8, 2016, 7-night cruises to Alaska, there has been a change in the required arrival time at the Canada Place Cruise Terminal in Vancouver. We ask that all Guests plan to arrive by 3:00 p.m. at Canada Place Cruise Terminal to complete the check-in process in a timely manner prior to the ship’s departure at 4:00 p.m.

We regularly advise Guests that they must arrive for their sailing by 4:00 p.m. on day of embarkation in order to sail. With the ship now departing at 4:00 p.m., we want to make you aware of this change so that you can plan to arrive no later than 3:00 p.m. to complete the check-in process on the day of sailing.

Guests with independent airline arrangements should plan to arrive in Vancouver on or before 12:00 noon on the day of sailing to allow time for Canadian Customs and Immigration inspections.

Hi Everyone. I booked this sailing first day it came out! Didn't know about this group!! I only found the other grp. This will be our 2nd cruise first one was on the Magic this past Feb and it was magical! We are super excited and already started looking into things...

IT will be myself, my DH. DS-9 (atoc) and my DD 6 (atoc).

I am not very familiar with Disboards.. where do I post questions regarding this trip...
