Disney Wonder Alaska - Time Zone Question

Does the Wonder observe Alaska/Juneau time or does it stay on Vancouver/Pacific time on the Alaska cruise? I ask because I am trying to figure out whether how port arrival times (i.e.6:45am in Juneau) translates to home (Central US) time for work purposes.

The ship observes port time, so you will change time zones upon entering Alaskan waters. Your navigator will tell you when you need to change your clocks. Your room steward will also put a reminder on your bed in the evening.

The biggest shock is when coming into Vancouver...

• What time is that first breakfast? Do we REALLY need to turn the clocks forward? I'm sure glad I chose second dining.
• you want me out of my cabin WHEN?
