Hey all, newbie here...

Okay so I'm 23, recent college grad and since I'm finally making money instead of costing my parents money I decided to, as a gift to my parents, take them to WDW from 4/2-4/6. They are beyond excited and we are planning like fiends but we are still wondering about what to do for dinner the day we are at MK. Nothing in the park is enticing, except for Liberty Tree Tavern but they are booked for the night. Any ideas?

Any ideas for other night? We'll be at MK on the 3rd, MGM on the 4th and AK/Epcot on the 5th. We have ADRs at Chefs for the Epcot night but that's it. Oh and also ADRs for California Grill our first night.

Thanks all!!

I would go to Kona Cafe at the Polyn.

but if you don't want to leave the park then Crystal Palace gives you a wonderful view of the Castle, or Tony's.

Le Cellier at Canada in Epcot is pretty wonderful!!!!

also love Cape May Cafe at the BC - you can walk over from Epcot.

You may also what to check out 1900 PF at the GF....I just did the same thing w/ my parents in March and both of them loved it

First, CONGRATULATIONS on graduating from college!
What a thoughtful daughter you are.
I was able to travel to Disney many years ago with my inlaws and my child when he was quite small. What wonderful memories you brought to mind. My father in law has since passed away but his memory lives on in all the fabulous photo's and memories of a very special trip.
Have a Magical Time!!
As for MK, I agree Liberty would have been great, but a short ride to the Poly via the monorail would be quite lovely if you're okay with losing some "park time" otherwise, I think that no matter where you eat, if you get to spend some time relaxing and sitting a bit to regroup and chatting, you'll have a fabulous time no matter WHAT you're eating.
Enjoy!

Well, it may not be as recent as it feels to me, lol, I graduated last May. I've been a special ed. teacher since July of last year.

Haha, I figure that I cost them enough money... why not help them out a bit! My mother has been telling everyone she sees that "My daughter is taking us on a family vacation to Disney!!" It's like she's a little girl!

Thanks for the suggestions. I made an ADR for Ohana's but we may just change it to Kona because a few people have mentioned it to us.

Thanks!
